Hey girl Thank you! Confidence is something that i know a lot of people often struggle with(myself included) and basically having it all centers around one key thing, loving yourself for who you are Some tips for keeping this in mind would be: 1. Smile as much and as often as possible 2. have good posture, if you stand up straight then it shows you aren't afraid 3. Make a list of the things you love about yourself and make it your goal to highlight these things each day(example. if you love your eyes, try putting on a dab of mascara if ur allowed to enhance them and show them off) 4. Don't do or wear things you are uncomfortable with. if you aren't comfortable then you can't be confident 5. Surround yourself with nice, loving, confident people. If you are around that attitude of happiness and confidence all the time then eventually it will catch on(: 6. Don't worry about things. I know that sounds impossible but honestly things always seem way worse and obvious to you than to other people. I've messed up on things or had awful hair days and when i'm freaking out about it, the person i'm freaking out to is like whoa i hadn't even noticed. So when something bad happens just calm down take a few breaths and carry on. 7. Learn to laugh at yourself. Not in a mean way of course but when something happens like you trip and fall don't freak out just laugh or make a joke about it and move on. I hope all this has helped at least a little bit(: Lots of love, Rose(Tennisgirl17)
