hey girl!
Getting over a guy is never easy but it is possible and while your going through this keep reminding yourself that it will be ok, and you can do this. To get over a guy time is going to help you the most so recognize that you arent going to be able to do this overnight but also keep in mind that this should not control your life. To ease the pain focus on things that make you happy. Really into dance? Set a goal to have a new routine down every 2 weeks. whatever your hobby is take the initiative to improve. once you start reaching your goals you will feel unstoppable (: dont have a hobby or interest? thats ok, look into something new. Getting over a guy is all about realizing that there is plenty more out there for you other than that one guy. So maybe try some yoga DVDs, experiment with scrapbooking, or make a point to spend more quality time with your family. Whatever works as long as you are filling your mind with positive feelings. Throughout getting over your feelings for this guy keep your friends and family close. Talking about how your feeling can really help you as opposed to letting all of the negativity build up. A good mindset is what is going to help you get through this so be ontop of reminding yourself it will be ok, your really making progress, and he's not worth your pain. You can even write yourself little encouraging notes places you look often. they dont have to be big or glamourus so others know what they are but if you tend to feel sad at school, put a little sticky note towards the back of your folder saying something simple like "Smile" or "its okay!" no one else will understand and it will help you remember that its just one guy there will be plenty more and you ARE strong enough to get through this.
