I know right! Well I go to Canton, Georgia a lot. It's a sweet nice town where my aunt uncle and cousin live. I want to move to Georgia soo bad! I want to go to UGA and then live in a sweet southern town with goood southern food, with beautiful land, and right near the mountains. Even though I am a Floridian, I am a Georgia Peach at heart! Oh and have you ever been to Gladys Knight Chicken and Waffles? Its a DELICIOUS place in downtown ATL on like Peachtree or something and has completely yummy chicken and they're famous for chicken and waffles. Sounds weird but really yummy! When I go there, I normally get baked chicken, mac n cheese *pure goodness* and french fries since it comes with 2 sides. But I normally eat too much because its sooo good! I regret it later though....

Hows the workout going?The other day at my school we had a school wide run and I came in 18 out 60 girls.I think thats good but I'm not sure.Tong Anyways I rly like running and its a great workout!I'm also starting this new workout video called core rythms cuz i luv 2 dance.

Hey girlee,
Well I did arobics(I so spelled that wrong!Tong)plus dance. I also cut down my portions by a lot. Here's a trick that helped me a lot with that. Divide ur plate in four sections.Put carbs in 1 section(rice,pasta,etc.),Meat or protain in another (chicken,beef,fish,etc.) and vegtables in the other 2 sections. I also cut down my sweet intake 2 1 a week!It was hard but I did!

Shortney you know the bible story you told cct. Well I was at church sunday when my pastor said that verse that went along with that story. It's Matthew 6:9-11. As soon as I looked it up iun the bible I knew that was the verse. Just wanted to tell you.

Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life." (Jesus is talking.) Thanks for your ideas! If you have stories, please post them; I would love to use something like that! I really like the idea of posting a comment on the profiles for updates. What a great way to keep the club alive!
