hey girl!
i saw your comment about makeup, and i have braces too! after a while, people will just forget they are even there. ive had mine for a few years, and i wear lipgloss and lip tints and stuff and it looks fine, but if you really want to draw attention from your braces, one of the best places is your eyes, because thats usually one of your best features! to really make your eyes POP, first you have to use the right eyeshadow. if you have hazel or green eyes, try purple or pink. if you have blue eyes, try a gold or pink. if you have brown eyes, try a purple or a blue. if you don't want to be very outgoing, gold and white will work on just about any eye color, it just might not POP as much. for whichever color, use a light shade for a subtle look or a darker shade for a more dramatic appearance. after you have your eyeshadow, you can use eyeliner and mascara like you normally would, making sure the colors match your complexion/hair color (if you have blonde hair and a really fair complexion, black would look unnatural, but if you have a deeper complexion and darker hair, brown might not even show up). hope this helps!

Hey girl;

I saw your post about the make-up and braces. I have braces too; and have for a year now. If you've had them for a while; chances are people already are used to them, maybe forgetting they are there! if you have not had braces for a while; you will get used to them! But if you still wanted to draw the attention elsewhere, try the eye.

I would def. get contacts. It's hard to draw eye attention with glasses on. So try putting a black liner on your top lid, but very thin. This style looks best on people who have wide lids, meaning like your lid shows a lot with open eyes. If you don't have wide lids, try this:

Put a little bit of purple or blue liner (or black if ya want) on the outside edges of your eye. Start on the outsides and work in about halfway to your eye. Then take black liner and line the rest of your eye to the tear ducts! Hope I helped.
