Hey, doll! So, you had some questions on cleaning your room, so I'm here to answer them:

1) I'm the same way! My room is clean one day, and then I get careless and it gets messy again! But I found a way to keep it clean ALL THE TIME! Play some music, and, once a day, take 10 minutes to tidy up your room. On Saturday, take 20 minutes! 10 minutes is enough time to play about 3 songs, and 20 is enough time to play about 6 songs. So, you'll know that after you play that many songs, you can stop cleaning your room for that day! It's easy peasy!

2) As for your question on making your room look bigger, try rearranging some stuff! It makes your room look a LOT bigger if you don't have a ton of stuff on top of dressers, bookshelves, nightstands, etc. So, do you have 7 picture frames on your bookshelf, and 2 on your nightstand? Then rearrange it! And remember that you can switch out stuff, so there's no need to keep out everything all the time.

Also, you can rearrange your furniture for a fresh look, and a bigger-looking room. But remember that keeping your room clean is what makes your room look it's biggest and best all the time!

Hey, girl! Do you get GL magazine? Seventeen? Seventeen Fitness? All of those magazines, and more, feature awesome, new, fresh workout plans that you should try! If you don't get any of those magazines, then you might want to try workout DVDs, or try going to the gym sometimes! Or, walk your dog! Do all of it! If you go to the gym, you might be able to swim as an exercise, too-remember that that's a workout! And have you heard of Zumba? See if your gym has that! Also, you should try looking at the GL website that we're on right now! There are tons of workout ideas!

If you have really long straight hair, then I think you should try curling it! Try different sizes of curling irons for different curls. If you don't want to spend money on curling irons, then you can try braiding your hair when its a little wetter than damp into little braids, and take them out in the morning! Then, you'll have really pretty waves! You could also look up celeb hairstyles, like pretty buns, french braids, etc. Or, if you don't really have time in the morning, just try some cute headbands!

Hey; u commented on my prof; & said if i have and questions i could ask you ; i think u saw my comment on another prof about the girl at the pool who i thought was going out with my crush; well anyways ;my question is about the same guy; i have a crush on him and hes finally in my class again! LoL&we sit next to each other in one of our classes and he mostly talks to me and he made a couple of jokes during class that only we laughed at.And we have this long sixth grade history but we weren't official. He used to walk me to classes and say he'd rather kiss me than other girls ; and now he makes eye contact and tries to make me laugh and my friend says he likes me but im not sure. Sometimes he gives me this look for a couple of seconds like he's thinking or confused .. and then looks away. Idk if he likes me ; or how i could get him to like me.

today he walked out of school with me; i knew he was a couple of people behind me but suddenly he was next to me; and he started walking out with me and we just spoke about our phones -_- but hey! better than nothing . Hey!

Well I kind of stopped texting hi when he stopped responding. I never did the every day sort of thing either. It's only every once in a while. It used to be MAYBE twice a week, but that was pushing it. I would let him contact me for the most part. Now he doesn't anymore and I don't know why. I don't know what I could be doing that's annoying.

And with the hanging after school thing. It's a good idea but I have stupid soccer so I can see him in band every day. I just start to wonder why he almost turns his back to me and shuts me out when we sit right next to each other. So I'm kind of afraid to talk to him now...

I think you should keep a really open mind about friends for you're 6th grade year!(: These Drama girls and wanna be popular kids don't sound like a good match for you. I think you should just be yourself and interduce yourself nonshaulntly to different kids in you're class (girls AND boys!) and eventually you will make friendships. I know its hard, but you just have to be relaxed and know you will do fine!

With everything. Hanging out, just being friends. Talking to him. He's been ignoring me lately and I don't know what I did! But I feel like it might be because I've been bugging him when he really doesn't want to hear from me. It's so hard to tell though. He sends me mixed signals, sometimes he's very friendly and it's like old times. But other times he just shuts me out, especially when I text him. I don't know what I did, I wish he would tell me. But I'm almost afraid to talk to him now because I don't want to bug him. I don't know how to avoid it, because I think he's already sick of me.

I don't know if it's such a good idea to ask him if he likes me now... he seems kind of mad at me for some reason. But maybe soon or something. He doesn't tend to tell that kind of thing to ANYONE. Even his closest friends were surprised to find out he liked me before.

Whenever I've tried to flirt he didn't seem to notice what I was doing, and I don't think he has EVER insulted me in any way, even when it's clear we're kidding.

I may or may not be able to hang out with him, we are in band together... but outside of school things may conflict with his parents and mine. I don't know if he WANTS to either.

There are a lot of reasons we broke up... it was summer and we couldn't see each other because he couldn't tell his parents about me for some reason. I wasn't allowed to text him because my parents thought it bad communication and they thought it affected this depression problem I was having. He also thought it was his fault I was depressed, but nothing was his fault because he had never had a gf before. So he didn't want to hurt me anymore. Finally, he wanted to stay friends so he said we should just end it so we didn't fight and become enemies. And we have stayed friends.

Hey girl!

No worries! I have the same problem instead of focusing dead on homework. Take little breaks, to regain focus, and maybe you will do a little better. Most likely as you move up in grades the homework levels will go up. If you have focus issues, you may want to consider doing only one or two diffrent activities. If you do to many it may get hard to juggle. Ask your self which sports you really want to do, and do them. Hope I helped!

I understand your problem and here's some advice...

First of all, you could have your best friend ask him if he still has feelings for you, or if you have to courage, you could go up and ask him your self. But, if you don't, just grab a buddy and go up and ask him together.

You could also try asking one of the guys friends. But, don't believe every thing they say because they could just be making it all up and not telling you what you want to know.

Don't try flirting with him because he doesn't like as I can tell from what you told me. Maybe he just wants to be friends. But, if you are friends, then you will see him and hang out more. Then, maybe he will ask you out again. So DON'T flirt. LOL

I have a question... What were the reasons why you too broke up? Because if you give me the reasons I would probably be able to give you a lot more advice because I will know the WHOLE story!

Hey! I think it's great you like to give advice like this! I have a few questions about my guy too... well he's not exactly mine anymore, but he used to be. We broke up about a month ago. We kind of both broke up with each other... so it's not like he dumped me or anything. But this also makes it harder because I can't tell if he still has feelings for me. I know I still have them for him. We broke up for lots of reasons, but none of them really had to do with me, it was kind of like the wrong timing, right before summer so we wouldn't see each other and it made things really difficult, so we just ended it. Also so we could stay friendly and not fight and be enemies and stuff. He can be really nice to me, he helps me out a lot, and he's easy to talk to, a good friend overall. But sometimes he seems to ignore me. It's really confusing and I don't know what to do about it. He's a good friend so I'm trying to figure out if he's just being friendly or if he still likes me. I can't tell and I don't know how to go about finding out... some people have suggested I flirt with him because that's something we never really do. We never tease each other, and when I've tried he just kind of ignores it so I don't know what that means. Can you help? Thanks so much!

I have used Caremex moisture plus, and it worked veryveryveyr well for me, so I'm sure it would work pretty well. ;) I've heard good reviews on pretty much all the Caremex! I can't remember how fast it worked, just that it works awesomely for me! Eveyone's lips are different and unique though lol It my also help if it's medicated. I would also suggest putting water on ur lips before you put it on... it will help moisturize your lips and the chapstick will lock in the moisture. Usually lips chap when you aren't hydrated well or drinking enough water/fluids. But since it's just your corner, i dobt its due to that. Lips also chap from bad weather conditions like cold, wind, or heat. If you put enough on at night and a good layer on during the day, I'm sure it will heal a lot! Hey! Same thing happened to me, excpet on both corners, and it became a cut! it was awful, so i DEFF know how u feel! I would suggest putting on an all natural lip balm, preferably one with lots of moisturizers, and soothers, along w/ ingredients that help heal and prevent future damage. 100% natural is, for watever reason, WAYY better and works MUCH faster. My top suggestion for lip balm product(s) would be J.R. Watkins. its 100% natural. Put about 3 pounds on at night (kust kidding, but do NOT skimp. Lather on all areas of ur lips, applying even more on the corner where its chapped. i would suggest putting some around ur mouth, too. It help keep the edges of ur lips from chapping) Good luck!

Hey Girlie!(:
I defentily know what you're talking about, I hate when I start to get bored with my workouts. Here are some good workouts to try:
Squats (with a five poud weight)
Jumping jacks! (See how many you can do in a minute!)
Sit ups! (They're really good for firming up you're tummy!)
Leg lifts (they're HARD! But a good workout!)
And, I know, everyone hates it, but jogging is really really good! I hate getting excausted and sweaty, but its really good extersize! (Also, take along your MP3 or ipod so you can listen to upbeat tunes to keep you movin!)
Lift weights! (They're really good for firming up your arms!)
And also you know whats alot of fun? Grab a BFF and a cheesy old 80's workout dance video! You'll be crackin up and getting a cardio workout at the same time!
Also try investing on some Yoga and palaties DVDS. I hear yogas a great workout! And I know palaties is. (I've never done yoga because of some of the deeper religon and stuff I don't believe in, but I still say that it seems like an awesome workout!)
*Note I know that palaties is spelled wrong...sorry!

I love being homeschooled. I get everything done in usually a three hour time frame. And I still have alot of friends because I'm really invovled with soccer and stuff, so its super nice(: Sometimes I wish I went to school, because you know then I'd be with my friends alot more then on the weekends, but I donno(: I like it alot.
