Hey! i saw your comment on "10 signs your bestie rocks" or something like that about your BFF and her less-than-great friend.I was in a VERY similar situation, where i was close to my bff and the less-than-great friend, and the other girl treated me very badly.Anyway, my bff and the girl had a fight but became close again, which i was very confused about.I finally ended my friendship with the girl and me and my bestie actually drifted a lot because of it. I ended up getting to know some amazing and supportive friends! try not to say anything bad about the girl, because your bestie IS friends with her, and don't be afraid to try to meet new people! Also, make sure you try to talk to your bestie about how you feel! if she's a real friend she'll understand.

I'm so happy to hear you found such a great guy. But, I'm sorry to hear he lives so far away!

It's super hard to tell if a guy likes you or not (guys are really confusing..ugh) but, if he shows all the signs of liking you maybe you could ask "i was wondering... who do you like?" and if he answers saying 'you' tell him you like him back!

I think that a long distance relationship might not be the best idea, but I mean, if you like him that much, maybe it's meant to be! If you truly like him enough, you should be able to be distant, but still be able to hold a relationship, and wait to see him those few times (and it'll be 100x more special, because you waited!) Wait and see how it all works out, and if it doesn't just stay good friends!

Maybe you two could go on msn (and video chat) that way you can see him, without actually being in person ;p also, get him to use his facebook more! Schedule times to talk to eachother like every second night, or on the weekends!

Hey, I'm totally crushing on a guy. He's in all my classes including the advanced ones. He's in my 8th grade algebra1 class and sits in front of me and one of my bff's I sit next to. I mess with her all the time. She's a size double zero in pants and extra small in shirts. I mess with her and call her chunky& she doesn't seem to mind. I have had the same issue, but here is how i worked it out,
Is there anyway to drop out or quit? Sometimes you can. And can you tell your music teacher about what happened? maybe she could get you out of chorus. And if the teacher's hate you, here's one thing. Usually teachers are upset about the class, not you. Sometime you should ask her/him personally and she/he SHOULD be nice to you. And a bf? Try to get in touch with some of the boys, if they do something funny, you should laugh if its an okay comment. Try to get some of the boys to notice you,and you should probably be getting some dates or invitations near X-mas!

okay so i really like this guy he knows it but doesn't really care because i don't really show it. well he is really nice to me and all of my friends think that he likes me back. so 1 of them asked him out for me against my will and he said ew thats nasty even though he was acting like he liked me. about 3 weeks later when he knew i wasn't mad at him anymore he was being nicer than ever and constantly teasing me everyday. in a nice way. and towards like the last month of school he asked one of our mutual friends if i still like him but told or friend not to tell me. then i had that same friend to ask if he liked me and he said maybe i don't know. well we had band camp this year before school started and he was holding the door open and told a guy that kept say that i loved him (not the guy that i actually like) even though i rejected him literally 100+ times last year to be quiet. and almost every time i looked at him he was looking at me. or my way. so do you think he likes me or not. it has been like this for 2 and 1/2 years so i really want to know. thanks

So;
theres this guy that i met in the 6th grade. & at first i couldnt stand him .AT ALL. But then he started being really nice to me. & i started to like him. He would do things like waiting for me at the end of class; Sitting next to me when our class watched a movie.; We called ourself "best friends" for a while. ; & once or twice he waited for me at the end of class and walked me to our next class; there were only like 10 minutes left of class & he half jokingly asked me to cut class with him but i said 'no thanks' ; & also when we were in a school group with about 5 or six or ppl we would all play "Who would you rather kiss..? " -like, as a joke and stuff. but people saw that there was something between us--yet he nvr OFFICIALLY asked me to gog out w. him or anythinn-- so when we played, ppl always said another girl's name with,, MY name. And he chose me. every.single.time.
But in the 7th grade they switched our classes & ionly spoke to him 2x throughout the whole year. It was like no more than a couple of sentences each time.

anyways fast forward to now:
summer : were both going into the 8th grade. & idk if he's in my class but
he works at the pool club. so the other day I went there with a some friends. & they had to go get me a pass & i had to wait by the desk...where he was sitting!
I was so nervous bc. i never saw him sit there & i didnt expect it.
So i waas standing there trying to look like a distraction. but my phone is broken so i didnt have anything to look at.
Then i heard him say my name ;lets make my name.. uhmm... Cassie.
so he said it like this:
Heeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeyyyyyyyyyyyy Cassieeeeeee.,,
in a voice that sounded mysterious\flirty & his smile was a smile\smurk
& i was like :\ :O "uhh, hii...." & he also asked me about my bag & i replied w. like 2 sentences cuz my heart was poundin & i could barely talk w\out stuttering
but the whole time i was standing there he kept looking at me [ i saw out of the corner of my eye]
.& my friend swore she saw him turn ;look at me;smile;&turn back around.like4-5 times.

But there's this girl a year younger than us that ALOT of people hate(no. seriously. a friend told me she's the most hated girl in their grade.)& i saw her reach for his hand two times and he immediately pulled away with a disgusted face. & the second time i THINK i saw the smallest glance torward me while he quickly pushed her hand away. so she only touched his hand for barely even a second.)
But later i heard his lil bro talkin&yellin out that he was going or already went on a date with her to the movies.
& i was reallly sadd. ):
so when I was leaving he saw me and just kept looking at me with the teeny tiniest smile-again.it was kind of like a flirty smile\smurk-. but I just glared; looked away;& walked away.
& my friend turnned back & saw that he and his friend ALL turned and just looked at us walk away.
So i dont know what to do . AT ALL.
shopuld i like him?or not?
show hints that ilike him? or not?

Alright, so I saw you do advice, and I like the Mods and all but sometimes they take a long time to respond. So I'm trying your advice! I've got a couple questions:

First, I'm thinking about getting angled side bangs this week for a cute back to school look. I have shoulder-length hair that I usually straighten (it's kinda wavy) or put in a high bun. What do you think? Should I take the chance?

Second, I wear covergirl Clean powder foundation, not the liquid kind. Whenever I tried the liquid, it wouldn't blend well, and I felt like it was orange and caked on to my face too much. So I only use the powder now, and I really like the way it looks, but it seems to wear off after a couple hours. Is there any product that doesn't do that? Or is there a way to make it stay on longer?
