Hey! I saw your thing about your tampon problem. I had the same problem like I would start hyperventilating and everything becuase I was so scared. I finally got it though. What I would do is like every time I got it in at least, before I started pushing it up I took 5 deep breaths in through one nostril(while you are plugging the other one with a finger) hold in the air then switch your finger to the nostril you just breathed in and blow out through your "new" nostril. And then the same thing on that nostril. Or you can just do regular old breathing in through the nose out through the mouth. Also you can push it up a little. Take it out and break...lay down...try again and push it just a little bit further. Break again and then the next time go even further. This should all be in the same day. Also you can try something to get your mind off the whole situation like listen to your favorite song loudly and sing it while slowly pushing it up. Also, if you still start feeling really light headed take it out, sit on the ground and put you head in between your legs while breathing calmly. It is better for you then just laying down. After you have calmed down splash some water on your face and try and get to it again. Or wait like 10 minutes and get to it again. Trust me, leaving it to try again tomorrow didn't work for me. You just have to tell yourself now or never. I hope this helps and made sense haha! You'll eventually get! I did and so did a bunch of other girls. Everyone has these problems but once you overcome it, it's super easy! Good luck!

ok so im getting guitar lessons. and afterwards i went to a restaurant named Fiesta Fey and we were sitting down James and his mom walk in. and so they say hi and then i look up and James is staring at me. =) and then they go to where they wait for their food and they were their for a while. and i was staring at him. thank god nobody from school was their. and when they were leaving his mom said bye and i smiled at him and he smiled and waved. it wasn't really big, it was smallish. but still. and if i smiled at the other guys in my class they wouldn't wave they would either just walk away, or nod. so ya. I'm listening to a lot of songs by Colbie Caillat and i keep thinking about him. i like You got me by her. =)

Well maybe you should ask him if he's bringing somebody and if he says no then you should say I'm not going with anybody either. Then say maybe next year I will have someone to go with. Then see where it goes from there

ok i got news on James. i was wearing 3 ponytails on my wrist. he asked me in English if he could use one. we had a substitute he was going to hit his friend kolin with a paper ball. he put the ponytail around his fingers and he had it pointing towards me. so i was going to get it back and he told me to put my wrist in. and so our hands bump a lot. and he plays with the zippers on my binder and then he opens my binder over. but im trying to act sort of like i don't like him because kaili sits near us. and its hard. i wish i could tell her but she would get mad at me. so i think its best to keep it a secret. and last time i liked him she knew and James asked her who i like and she told him!!

thanks. i asked my grandma about it because i live with her. she said it wasnt it and when you do get it, that it will be bright red.but i dont care. just means not having to carry supplies and not having to change your pad all the time. and not being prepared and being caught off guard. i didnt think those things a while go. i wanted it but now i just want to wait. =)

also i had this dream last night that i was dating luke and it had his older brother in it. i dont like him though. and i and a dream with James in it and i wore his sweatshirt and it was really sweet and now i like him. but i dont know if i should because like i said a while ago my friend Kaili like shim.

ok so i have a question i hope its not gross. ok so i went ot the bathroom in english their was a big spot of discharge and then well i peed and their was bronw when i wiped. it had sort of glops of red. yesterday i had glops of red but they were smaller and the ones today were a little bigger. was this my period? i told one of my friends. so was it my period?? thanks and it makes me feel weird now

boys are complicated. they really don't understand what we do to get them to notice. well i was thinking of getting my hair straightened but i realized i don't want to do that because the right boy will like me for who i am. i wan to get my hair cut and thinned. my hair is puffy curly and straight and is about 8 inches below my shoulders. do you have any ideas? i wan to get it thinned and cut to about my shoulders definitely but do you have ideas? thanks.

well im not so sure luke likes me anymore. we had a math test and since were in different tests the other class was taking it. and when the guys were done they were playing cards and who won had to ask a person out. luke was gonna have to ask me out but then i got all the facts from my freinds riley and luke was dared to ask me ut so he doesnt like me.

hey! OK so I'm in a good mood. Luke thinks that i don't like Hunter and he says that he doesn't seem like the kind of guy i would like. the knew girl didn't come shes coming next Monday and she came to be shown around and he thinks shes alright. and my friends think that Luke is jealous because i like Hunter!! well now Luke keeps talking to me and keeps showing off. he totally likes me!!

Kolin we were walking to English and Hunter was in front of us and he said "Hunter she likes you pointing to me and Hunter made a face like OK that's cool" but at least he didn't scream and run off or something bad like that!! lol i worry about that stuff a lot. but I'm talking to Luke A LOT now! guess i got my nerve back.

thanks! i know Kolin shoudld mind his own businesse. hunter is short like me and i think since hes in eight grade and hes short that hes nervous about having a girl like him. well theres a knew girl coming and my friend brianna knows her and well luke thinks she is gonna be "HOT". well brianna told me i hope you dont like luke anymore because theres a knew girl coming. and i like luke so i dont want her to come. and brianna thinks luke likes me because he shut up about her at my locker and he was babbling on whole first hour!!! and he was staring at me at lunch and i was like why are you staring at me. and he was like i dont know. so i told her in gym to ask him if he likes me and he said no. but yo know how guys are they say no when they really do soemtimes. and it old her it would be funny to kwow how he reacted if he knew if i like Hunter. she tolds him and he didnt say anything and was quiet. so i gonna talk to him about that.

thanks! i like luke again. so im back to that stage where im really nervous and get liek i keep thinking about him! ya im also thinking about a guy in 8th grade. his name si hunter. he i really good at wrestling. that actually where i came from when i started liking him and luke!

my uncle commited suicide so im staying at my friend morgans house. i just left there i have been there since wednesday! im going back tuesday. the funeral is monday so i get to skip my least favorite class that day! we are re-doing our basement so its kinda just a workshop and supply. but were gonna get his leather couches and put them down there. then maybe his huge flat screen TV.
but luke is really cute he seems like now to me! my friends ashley and morgan keep making fun of me beacuase i act different than before!

ya i dont like luke any more. he supposedly "talked behind my back and called me dumb, stalker, and a jerk" i got over him really quick after that. and i felt really bad almost to the urge of tears wondering why did i like him that long? my "friend kolin" told me he said that. but luke was telling me it wasnt true and i shouldnt listen to him. but im thinking different about a guy friend jacob. he is really nice to me. i went to my moms for christmas. i wanted a guitar but i didnt get that. i got a fuzzy blanket, clothes from Kohls, painting stuff, and perfume stuff. i really like the stuff. merry christmas! what did u want?

ya. i hate when they show all the signs then BOOM! they just ignore you. i asked luke out and he said no. bu that was earlier this year. he chased me all the way from his other class to say no. and he was like we have a great friendship and i just want to be friends. and he looked really sad afterwards and he almost came after me to the bus. and he was standing there while people were shoving and stuff. then the next day he asked if we were alright and i said i dont know. and he asked me if we could be best friends again and i said sure.i cried that night on the bus. thank god for friends.

my friend morgan used to like him at the same time, and she doesnt anymore and she told me that she hopes one day that me and luke go out. that made my day. my friend kaili also says that shes sure he likes me but is afraid of the other boys. cuz their is this fat stupid guy kolin who always picks on people. but hes actually a good guy....when u get to know him. but people r sure he likes me but. i dont care because im not gonna get my heart broken again. im just gonna try and be friends for now.

It's like even tho I knew he was mean and therefore it was his loss it was still sad and hard to except the fact that he really had changed...cuz he used to be such a nice guy! But yeah I would confront him...he deserves it and who knows maybe he has a good reason for acting weird..and if he doesn't, find someone better lol
Yeah I'm starting to like this other guy...I can't say I really like him yet but we are becoming great friends so who knows what could happen right? Good luck with your guy sitch...let me know what happens!

thanks. ashley doesnt like him anymore. too bad i was really excited beacuse i could actually talk with her about the guy i like. but i guess i have to wait till she gets to know boys better. ya luke he he talks to me at our locker for stupid reasons, like he told my friend max who is my bgf to leave him alone. luke asked me about it and i said that was meana nd he said o im sorry i didnt know that it would hurt your feelings. it wont happen again. and then he doesnt talk to me. then my friend bri interupted our convo the other day and i had to go and then he looked sad. also luke somedays he talks to me then the next he doesnt. thanks and i hope he talks to me more.

thanks for the advice. well i asked james myself, if he likes kaili. and he said that he knows that she likes him and he doesnt like her back. well now people think i like hi but i dont because i knew it would ruin my friendship with kaili. so now im back to liking luke the guy i have known since kindergarten and liked since kindergarten, and im in seventh now! well but james thinks i like him. all the girls in my class are afraid to say who they like but if some1 asks me i just say yup, im not afraid to tell it cuz its not embarrassing. and were reading a book thats old fashioned and you have to call girls Miz, well i picked up lukes pencil and he said " thank you miz katelyn" lol isnt he sweet.

Thanks! Yeah I agree Taylor Swift's songs are so great...I love how I can relate to almost all of them haha Wow yeah we have a lot in common! Yeah I agree guys can be total jerks...I've liked a lot of them and come really close to going out with a few but things never seem to work out..it's very frustrating. And I'm 15 too :-( That's awesome you found a great guy to crush on lol I just discovered that my crush of 3 years who I have SO much history with is a total jerk (speaking of guys being jerks lol) so I don't really like anyone right now which is pretty sad.
