its such a good book! specials is my favorite tho! and i saw that you wanted to become more flexible on your healthy you profile... you should stretch every-other day. also, hold each of your stretches for 8-10 seconds. otherwise they wont work as well. make sure not to bend your knees on a lot of the leg stretches (except for the ones where you specifically bend them) and for each stretch (lets say touching your toes) reach to the point that it's a little uncomfortable, but not unbearable pain. ~Hope it helps ~Molly <3

hey natasha! i saw ur post that u need to make money. i think babysitting is a good idea! also, idk if ur town does this but my town lets kids umpire softball games! where i live u get $25 per game! also, my sister helps out at sunday school and gets paid. also my friends mom is a doctor and over the summer me and my friend are going to work at her office and do some of the easy stuff like going through papers and signing in the patients. maybe if one of ur friends moms or dads does sumthing u can help out in, give it a shot! also over summer vacay wen my neighbors are gone i petsit for them. i go over 3 times a day to feed the pup and let them go outside. its a fun way to make money!also have a yard sale and sell sum of ur stuff! if ur parents r getting rid of their stuff u could set up an area of just ur stuff and u'd get all the profits! also u could try selling used things on ebay. hope i helped! *josie* ps u could always rake or mow ppls lawns for $$

Hey I love your icon, I feel like that sometimes too, if you want any advice just tell me, as for the good grade thing, haha I am right there with you girlie! WHat I do to help me study and concentrate is sit in the front seat in class (if u have assigned seats ask ur teacher if u can move) I take notes about everything and I study for at least 30 minutes in the subjects i struggle with every night, and I always go over my notes, and when i am studying if I need help to remember something i either make up a song or jingle, or i write it over and over again until i get it.
