my name is kayla i am 12 running the bicycle (lay on the ground and bring knee ot opposite elbow) I play volleyball basketball tennis run sometimes bike and thinking about track Try apples (without the peel) dipped in peanut butter (i am addicted) also chew on gum or eat sunflower seeds to stop cravings ??? you are just hungry try the gum and sunflower seeds. it is fine if you eat alot as long as you work it off no but you can easily find a website if you look on google dancing works but other than that when you run you can go super fast for a min. than jog for 30sec then go back to fast, ETC just remeber to keep your self motivated about 3-5 times a week depending on how busy I am

1) My name is Sarah Beth and I am 12 2) pilates is the best known toner for inner thighs. as for the butt problem- if you have a local ymca or rec center there are some great body sculpt classes. otherwise, you can find a good workout on the internet. if you would like, i can find one for you. 3) i LOVE abs. if you lie flat on your back and lift up your legs and pulse (one at a time) for a few minutes every day, your abs will be beautiful in no time 4) i am VERY athletic. i do track and field and cross country. also, my mom is a personal trainer/fitness instructor so she helps me with ideas. i go to the YMCA at least 3 times a week 5) every morning i do as many pushups as i can and keep track of my progress. i run to the bus stop before school, and run back after school. at school my friend keirsten and I use the gyms treadmills and stairmasters and talk before 1st period starts 6)oooooooh! i love this question! sorry, i get excited over little things. but def. AVOCADOES! i love guacomole, but its much better to eat this delicious snack raw. it does wonders for your blood pressure and also has a truckload of protien. i eat one every day after school and it makes me feel great 7) oh boy, you should meet me! so far, it is 10:58 and i have eaten: a bowl of special k, 2 bananas, a dark chocolate cherry granola bar, and some peanuts 8) hate to say it, but no. my mom does and she is willing to help 9) running. gotta love it. bike riding is a great one, just get some of your friends together and enjoy yourself 11) every day except for a few holidays, and sometimes even those!

1. My name is maggie and I'm 14. 2. Try wall sits or chair exercises. The bikram yoga series may also be helpful =) 3. effective ab workouts could be situps and there are many bikram yoga poses that work out your abs. 4. I am very athletic, i play alot of sports including: volleyball, soccer, lacrosse and basketball. 5. My exercise is usually whatever i sport i have that day and it usually last a few hours. On the days i don't have practice, i run or jog. spin classes are also a great workout. 6.Try new things!!! Did you know that it takes 15 times to like a new food??!! Some suggestions are exoctic fruits like papaya or mangos, try cumquats or pomegranite 2! I would eat turkey sandwhiches w/ fat free cheese on a whole grain bread, delicious, and filling. 7.The key is not to stop eating, its to eat smaller amounts of food every few hours to avoid getting hungry and eating large meals or binging. The worst thing you can do is be in the kitchen when you're bored! Try eating a filling breakfast eggs and whole grain toast maybe, or multigrain cheerios, then before you eat lunch, ahve a granola bar or yogurt, lunch of turkey on a whole grain bread, then after school, maybe a fiber 1 bar, and then a balnced dinner of a protein, fruit or veggie and a complex carb. 8.No, as long as you are exercising and eating within the normal range of calories (1900-2000), you should be fine. 9. running, biking, aerobics, swimming or other sports like soccer etc. maybe join the track team to get fit. 10.I know you can do it!! i totally understand and i was overweight too, i lost 20 lbs w/ exercise adn diet. its one of the hardest things to do, for tips go on www.drweigh.com. the trick is to stick to it and think of the benefits. also, if you are going to a party, to avoid grabbing handfuls of chips, chew on gum, you can't eat if you're chewing gum. 11. So, if you want a really good all over workout try SWIMMING!!! it is the best kept body secret that there is. I lost over 20 pounds doing it. But is also really heathy for you.

Hello! My name is Molly and I'm 13 years old. Workouts for inner thighs: do 'da splits, of course! and do an arabesque, and hold it for as long as possible. do it often so your body will get the idea to tone up. Ab workouts: Situps, crunches, hang upside down from a bar and bend up and touch your chin to your knees. and sit down on the floor with your knees bent up and just do a situp without hands and hold it. do it while watching a movie or something. Figure skating is a GREAT way to tone up legs because your using muscles you don't use while walking and stuff. go to your local rink for open skating often. My favorite healthy foods: Lunch: Grilled cheese sandwhitch with whole grain bread and REAL cheese, salad with fat free salad dressing, a glass of milk, and apple slices. Breakfast: a bowl of oatmeal, fried egg, and glass of milk. How to stop eating so much: You don't want to starve yourself, cuz that will actually help you GAIN weight. Just eat 3 meals a day and try not to snack in between. It may take some time to get used to, so you could snack on some almonds when your hungry if you absolutely need a snack. if you need something with sugar, try candied almonds. they are still healthy and very filling! here is a recipe for candied almonds http://www.wikihow.com/Make-Candied-Almonds Burning calories: The trick is to work out long and often. If you just excercise a little, all your burning is calories. But if you excercise for a long time, you start burning fat. What about my butt? Run. Jogging only hurts your lungs for a little bit. Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth. Run short distances, like up to 1 mile every few days. And squat thrusts. 3) What are some fast, effective ab workouts to tone my belly flab? Running will get rid of the "flab", especially if you keep it up regularly. Sit ups will tone your abs and pull ups help, too. Crunches are good, too, though. 4) Are you very athletic/ What sports do you play? I'm pretty athletic. I do competitive soccer, basketball, and lacrosse. 5) What is your daily exercise routine? I wake up and stretch, I run 2 miles every other day, I do 300 sit ups every other day and STRETCH CONSTANTLY, and do pull ups every once in a while. I do push ups on the days I don't do sit ups. I like to play outside, too, and so I practice soccer and juggling, and we play tennis and shoot hoops. 1) Call me lex, My age is between 10 and 14. 2) Your inner thighs pretty much need the same exercises that your outer thighs do( wall-sits, squats, etc.) 3) There are a lot of exercises for you, but instead of listening to me, check out exercisetv.com, and watch some great videos. 4)Yes im athletic, i plan on swimming in seventh grade. 5) Daily exercise is one or more of the following: walking, jogging, swimming, bike-riding, plus numerous in-door muscle-toning workouts. 6)You really can't avoid the fruits and veggies, but try nuts. Theyre packed with protein, which actually makes it easier to build up muscle. 7)Mostly its willpower. You have to want to be skinny and pretty so much that you stop bad habits. If you're gonna try, be careful. 8)Yeah, but its not important. 9)Refer to number three. 10)Like i said, WILLPOWER!!!!

1) What's your name, and age? (if you dont mind me asking!) My name is Hannah and I am 14 years old. 2) Any workout ideas to help me tone my INNER thighs greatly? lunges and high knees really help tone most of your leg. Running is a very effective workout for legs if you do it for at least 40 minutes (about 3-4 miles) 3 times a week. 3) What are some fast, effective ab workouts to tone my belly flab? Frog leg crunches. Go into sit up position but make the bottoms of your feet together (like a frog!). Do a normal sit up but hold at your highest for 3 seconds. Do 20-30 of these every other day for 2 weeks and I promise results. 4) Are you very athletic/ What sports do you play? I am a dancer myself, but I also run on the track and field team for my school. 5) What is your daily exercise routine? I don't workout daily but I usually do cardio (like running or biking) 3 or 4 times a week. Then I target certain areas of my body after each session. Like one day I might do abs and the next day do legs or arms and chest. Drink 2 glasses of water after each workout to detox yourself. Stretching is very important for a healthy body as well. Five minutes a day will be good. 6) What are some good, healthy foods besides the same old fruits and veggies? Salmon is a very good choice because it is very low fat. You need some fat to maintain your health and glow of your skin. The fresher the food is the better it is for you. This goes for fruits and vegitables. 7) I can never seem to stop eating (haha). Any ideas how? I eat 5-7 mini meals a day instead of the 3 big ones. You always want to eat a little healthy thing every 2.5 hours to keep your energy up and all that. NEVER SKIP BREAKFAST! 8) Do you know all the facts about burning calories and all those calculations? I know that to loose a pound. You have to work off more calories than you eat. A healthy goal is 1-2 pounds a week. 9) Any other cardio exercises besides dancing? Running is always a good option. If you are close to a gym, then use an eliptical trainer for 30 minutes, increasing the resistance by 1 every 5 minutes. A Bike machine is very good as well. 10) Anything else you want to add, add it here, thanks! Don't kill yourself over excerising. Hey girl. I don't want to be your personal trainer but here are some tips. First off get motivated... But not in the wrong way.Always be positive and just think of the end product. Also find a buddy to do this with you... or join a team that will keep you responisble for doing these things. The quickest way to tone abs is crunches, russian twists, planks, sit ups and bicycles. These are very easy workouts and will show results very quickly. I do 150 crunches a day, 25 normal, 25 with your right knee crossed up over your left and your left elbow reaching the right knee every time, and 25 switching the sides of elbow and knee, 25 normal, 25 with your feet up and crossed, and 25 normal again. This will show results very quickly. Then do 30 seconds of russian twists. (sit on ur butt, lift ur feet off the ground and twist ur abs with your hands almost touching the ground each time you twist. Then 45 seconds of sit ups, doing as many of them as you can. Planks you can do for 30 seonds on your stomach, then a rest for 1 minute, then 30 seconds again. Finally do 45 seconds of bicycle work. Hope this helps your abs get toned up fast (BTW you can gradually increase the workouts if you feel ready)

hey my name is kaylin but i go by cutie 23 my mom is a cardio instructor so i know a few things about exercise and toning i dont particularly want to be your personal trainer but i will give some tips. for your thighs you should (has some people say) drop it like its hot!!! yeah sounds weired but just do it if you dont know how then go on music.com and look up some hip hop videos and when their but hits the ground but comes back up painlessly theve droped it like it was hot.do that for about 5 mins every day and you should get major results my mom has her clients do this and it really helps as for your arms ( i found this out personaly from my wii boxing) stand in an area where you have room enough to swing your arms freely without hitting anything and box the air for about ten min every day and for your abs no matter what any one talls you NEVER DO CRUNCHES they just shift all your lose fat from the bottom half of your abs to the top instead you should try hola hooping the key to a good hola hoop workout is to swing your hips in big even circles and finally for your calfs tune in to your fav jams get up on our tipy toes and step on and off of a step to the rythem for 20 to 25 mins this will also help work your thighsany other work out Q ask me and ill ask my mom but i need you to tell me good dance work outs that burn fat the most see i used to be in real good shape but i stop exercising for about 3 mounths and gained 30 pounds and my mom says dancing burns fat so please help me

Hello! My name is Kylie, I am 17 years old, and I am so committed to being your healthy trainer! With my advice, you can get in great shape before school starts up, and it will leave you feeling healthy and happy. Here goes! Some great workouts for your glutes, thighs, and hips are side planks, which are push ups, but there for your elbows and build strength and tighten glutes, Another one is side lunge slides. To do these, stand hip width apart, left foot resting.Bend the right leg while moving your left leg to the side. The slowly move the left leg back to the starting position, with the right leg still turned. Slowly come back, then do another. Do about 5-10 reps, or sets, of these, then switch legs. Also, just plain old squats are AMAZING for your glutes! Pushups, side planks, and plain old side crunches do wonders for your abs and inner core muscles. The more the sets, the better! You asked if I was athletic, and the answer is yes! I play lacrosse, soccer, and am captain of both my volleyball and softball teams as well. I also help referee kids basketball. My daily exercise routine is composed of 30 minutes of cardio, or whatever makes your heart pump. I do 30 minutes of cardio or more, then abs workout one day with the cardio. Then a break the next day, then the next cardio plus legs and a break and ext.. This gets your body into a system! Also, a casually light walk or jog around the block is cool. Some healthy snacks are popcorn with no butter, lean cut meat like turkey and chicken which give you protein, rice, and beans. Fish is great for you too! Stay away from anything processed, or frozen foods. To stop eating, remember to have portion control. Rice, pasta, and beans should be about the size of two fists, and meats or veggies three or four. Put away all snacks so there not in broad open areas, and go to your room or do something to get your mind off as soon as your done eating. To burn one pound, you will need to burn 3500 calories. Some great cardio exercises other then dancing is swimming laps or swimming, jump rope, riding your bike, and stair climbing. Rock climbing is great too! So is ice skating! I go onto my GL account about twice a day, however I am takig a family vacation for 18 days, in which I will try to get back to you soon. This starts the 1st of July! Remember to take a break every once and a while, and if you feel sick or sore stop and see a doctor or rest. You need to stay consistent of these, or you wont see results as quickly. Doing these exercises helps give you a stronger body, which can make yo live longer and have a stronger metabolism to eat healthier foods. So sorry to bog you down with all this information! Hi!!!!!! Just thought I'd post a couple of workout tips! Plz be my friend! 1. I dont give out my name but you can call me L & I am a teenager (not going more in depth than that) 2. You can do yoga! That works the musels really good or you can try lying on your side and lifting your leg up and down slowly and doing circles. 3. Sit ups or crunches are a great workout and for a more challanging workout, stick your legs up in the air and lay on your back and do crunches like that. 4. No I am not athletic....but I swim and play volleyball 5. Swimming in the summer, volleyball twice a week in the fall, exercise macshines (bike, elptical, treadmill) in the winter and i reide my bike in the spring 6. Almonds are a great snack and are really heathly too. Try a wrap for lunch/ dinner with lettuce, chicken/ turkey, tomato, and cheese and whatever else you prefer( mayo, oney mustard, ect.) 7. Try chewing gum cause it ditches your cravings and if you feel you need to eat something, grab a stick of gum- sugar free of coure- dont chew like hubba bubba cause that is just as junky. 8. not really 9. Swimming- thats an all around exericse, and yoga 10. Reward yourself when you do good- for example- if you lose 5 pounds, tell yourself that you can go buy that shirt you really wanted. 11. All the time- 5-6 days a week! hope this advise helps- plz be my friend- i have tons more o share!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i hav a bunch of good ideas and i would love to b ur personal trainer!!! i am trying to lose weight too and i hav finally found all the tips to get it going!!! i hope i am a good nominee peace out! love always! 1) What's your name, and age? my name is katherine and i dont want to say my age 2) Any workout ideas to help me tone my INNER thighs greatly? well remember that nothing happens rite away but lunges, squats, walks or runs,kicks 3) What are some fast, effective ab workouts to tone my belly flab? crunches,situps (things like that) the "bicycle" excersise, lay on ur back and out your feet straigh up with ur back and butt off the ground and try to hold urself there without faling 4) Are you very athletic/ What sports do you play? i am not very athletic i will admit but this summer i am becoming very active and i love swimming biking, and i am an okay gymnast 5) What is your daily exercise routine? ummmm i am starting to do 10 minutes of the following workouts daily: wii games (like wii fit for fun) abs (like crunches) arms (like pushups) aerobics and then a freestyle kind of which is always longer and sometimes even takes the time of one of my stronger points like biking or jogging 6) What are some good, healthy foods besides the same old fruits and veggies? wraps r awesome with things like lettuce, chicken, and cheeses and the same with salads....i also love things with protien like egg and cheese and then redos of normal foods like veggie pizza 7) I can never seem to stop eating (haha). Any ideas how? eat foods (healthy of course) that fill u up for example if u come home and hav oreos, apples, bread, lollipop and other foods like that THEY WONT FILL U UP!! but if u hav cheese and crackers (<333) then u will b filled up and if not add some fruit! 8) Do you know all the facts about burning calories and all those calculations? i dont no the calculations but from what i know it depends on amount of time level of difficulty, and other things like that but i can easily find out the exact calculations 9) Any other cardio exercises besides dancing? biking, running, swimming, steps (like up and down a board) 10) Anything else you want to add, add it here, thanks! i will leave comments and tips daily and i know a lot of answers to ur ?s!!!! 11) Do you come online GL often/how frequent?? daily and a lot each day i will b there for u 24/7 girly

hey girls! I am looking for a personal trainer who could help me out tons with my bod! I really want to target my abs and INNER thighs, and also maybe my calves, mid thighs, and arms. AND MY BUTT! I am fairly athletic:dancing for over 12 years now! I love to ride my bike. I also love to jog, but it kills my lungs: I always get so out of breath!
