Hi! i read your post asking how to become a faster runner. Try doing different types of running- each has different good stuff. jogging at an even pace is best for burning calories and alternating between sprint and jogs teachs your mucsle to move faster.

Hey girl ! Sorry it took me so long to get back, I've had a lot of exams to study for recently. First of all, do you have any other ways to get in contact with your friends? When i was younger we used AIM, if not, you could check out the phone book to find their home phone numbers. Maybe you could host a party, and make sure that you get everyone's adresses and numbers at the party! Ask another friend if they know of anyone's number.. Good luck! ♥

hey thanks girl! i have some friends who do ice skating too ok well the best thing is to at least start flirting and get some digits. keep eye contact, smile, and laugh at his jokes, talk to him and just drop a few hints that your into this guy. then when your ready ask him for his number. make it calm and casual and remember, the more you plan out what your gonna say, the more awkward its gonna be! make it natural babe!

hey girl! i had the exact same problem a couple days ago. do u have his cellphone number? if u do than u text him u like him as a wrong number. like, "hey i like (place name here) but u cant tell anybody!" he will then tell u if he likes u back or not. if u dont have his cellphone number,then u could get a friend to casually mention to him that she thought that u had a crush on him. and if all else fails than u can always sign his year book saying that u like him. - hope this helps!
