Hey girl!

You definitely want some pump up music to get ya goin in your workout. I would try some Black Eyed Peas (Pump It, Boom Boom Pow, Imma Be, etc). Other songs like Party Rock Anthemn and Sexy and I Know It by LMFAO are  totally awesome for motivation. Maroon 5, Nicki Minaj, and Pitbull are also great!

I got the aloe lotion at the store and I was wondering if I can use the lotion while I'm on my period cuz I just got it yesterday and the itching sorta gets worse at that time of month. Will the lotion help get rid of the itch? And will my legs go back to the way they were before the itch? Thanks and sorry for asking so many questions it's that these are the type of questions that I'd feel awkward with asking my doctor. Thanks again Smile

I have this super bad itch down there and I don't know what to do about it. It's been there for months and at first I thought it would go away by itself but it's been almost six months and it's still there and I can't even go a day without itching and because I been scratching it for almost six months, it looks as if my legs around the area are stained or something cuz they look really red and lately it's been getting bad. The itch is worse than before. Please help? And please don't say to go to the doctor cuz I know that I should go but im going next month for my physical cuz my birthday passed already. Please help mod.




hey girly! of course you should try to get to the doctor as soon as you can, but until then there are a few things that you can try to fix this. If the skin is irritated, Aloe, what you use for sunburn, can help to relieve the irritation after applying after the shower. Also, baby power can help to absorb moisture if you are sweating and that is causing the irritation.

what are some activities I can do after school that are not clubs or sports? Like Charities or something? So that I wont get bored and have something to do.




Hey babe,

Try looking for a youth group in your area - that way you're involved in charities but you're also part of a group! That way, you meet people and can kinda develop a relationship with them Smile Or you could try a local soup kitchen, Habitat for Humanity chapter, or a Girl Scouts troop!
