dontworry it doesnt hurt to put it in or anything... the only timeit semi hurts is if u sit down on it wrong but it doesnt hurt like at allll... and dont worrry bout using one they r like heaven you really dont feel anything i like only use tampons.... i hate pads cus u can feel the preasure of the flow (ikno its nasty) wen u wear a tampon u dont feel anything there awesom!

i used to be really scared of using tampons too and i used pads for almost a year before a friend of mine convinced me that tampons are way more comfortable. guess what? They are!!!!!!!!!!! it doesn't hurt to put them in (as long as ur putting them in right lol) and it is much easier to do sports when ur wearing one compared to pads. i would say:GO FOR IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

hey tampons arn't that hard i remember the first time i put one in. Just relax and try no 2 get all tense. It dosen't hurt (exept 4 the first time if you get tense)

Hey! There is this book called "the care and keeping of me" (from the american girl library) it has a lot of good info about stuff including tampons. check it out! u can probably get it at the library, or just peek at it on amazon!

tampons don't hurt. And you wanted to know how to use them so here ya go. Pull the plastic thing down, put it up where it coming from, then push the bottom plastic thing up, the cotton thing comes out, and you pull out the plastic.

hi! i read ur comment. i suggest buying a book by american girl called "The Care And Keeping Of You" it was really informational about tampons but u have to be muchure to read it. and u want to put a tampon in the day after ur period starts. when u get used to it, it glides rite in.
