OMG! That's great! I <3 yoga. For exercise for the lower body I would say walking, joging, cardio, or DANCING! I love to put my fav CD in and just dance (sometimes like a total idiot) but its fun and burns tons of calories. Oh what are your eating habits? I AM SO SORRY i haven't been on in a while. ~ SB Oh! How's your progress? I hope its been good!!

One of the best diet foods is a parfait. Fat free vanilla yogurt, blueberries, or strawberries, or bananas or apples or any fruits u hav that would taste good (except citris) and shredded wheat or granola cereal. You can have this for breakfast or just a snack. I luv this recipe c ya

They could be dangerous if you take the wrong dose, so have ur doc prescribe the correct dosage for you. Try a good cardio boost workout 4 fun 2. I always have those w my buds! hey thanks so much! Lucky me my rents just got a treadmil lyk 3 days ago! My brother has some weights and some ones that i can lift also..(: but the thing i need help with is lyk food i am a very week person): when i say i wont eat that thing that day i end up craving it. i need some good snak ideas, and even worse about my bad food habits the only veggies i eat are.... carrots, corn, potatos, celery and ceaser salads ik that sounds like alot but its really not when u think about it. plz help me with the food issues i hav thanks so much. -JonasLuv

Hey, no problem! I actually have quite the opposite problem as you, I'm anorexic and I have a high metabolism so it's very hard for me to gain weight like the docs tell me to. PS: I <3 ur profile!

Hi! I saw ur comment on someones pro about getting healthy! You could try... -drinking more water -snacking on healthy foods like fruit and popcorn and nuts -take up a new sport -go walking or swimming with a friend! Its fun AND healthy! -also, why not swap your favourite junk food for healthier options? EG: milk choc for dark choc, ice cream for frozen yogurt -I'd also go 2 ur doc becuase she/he would have loads of good tips on how to get healthier and also could work out your BMI (i think thats what its called? ) which can help see if your at a healthy weight or not. -cycle or walk to school instead of going by car or bus if possible -order smaller portions @ restaurants. Don't be afraid to order ur favourite foods as a treat even if they're fattening! You can always order a small portion. -Don't keep any junk food in ur room. -Take the stairs instead of the elevator @ the mall! -DON'T skip meals and don't strave yourself! Oh and don't forget your beautiful I hope I helped! XxX

A couple foods that will help you loose weight healthily are these... Eggs dark chocolate nuts apple sauce cheese celery apples chicken salads whole wheat bread burgers (no, not mcdonalds...) I saw this healthy diet in a magazine, and women lost up to 7lbs per week. These foods are high in energy, so you will feel much better. I'm doing it, and i feel great

Hey, chica! A way you can lose TONS of weight is by flushing your body of all the nasty chemicals. No, I'm not saying bulimia or a colonic, but by eating clean. If you eat clean (meaning no processed foods) everything is at peace in your body. Or you could try being vegetarian. I'm not saying you'll lose weight, but it's way helathy! (I've lost 3 pounds) Good luck!

For losing weight, try eating smaller portions packed with protein and nutrients, they fill you up for longer. Try going to a gym or taking a walk with your friends or a dog, or just SOMETHING. Have a dance party with your friends! Just GET MOVING. ;-D Hope this helped!

eat less, move more, and get the junk food out of the house, have it in small amounts. you don't have to be extremely active, just dance or walk.

Hey Girl! This is gonna sound kinda weird, but jumping on your bed is a really easy (and quick!) way to lose weight. I'm serious. I jumped on my bed for just under the length of one CD and lost 3 pounds. So play your fav album and jump! Also, there's lots of dance workout videos out there. As for dieting, don't eat lunch. Snack throughout the afternoon (this will obviously only work on weekends, unless your school lets you eat during class like mine :p)

There is alot of cool stuff you can find around your house. You could even call up a friend, family member, or anyone you can think of to find out if they have any unique furniture or kick knacks that they don't use anymore. What I like to do, is I go to Hobby Lobby and get wood boxes to paint and they are only $1! Be creative! Have a friend to come over to help you if they like organising or decorating. Hope I helped!

Hey. What are your problhem areas? (this will help me find good workout ideas) Workout for TODAY Try and go for a slow run today if you can. If the weather is yucky try and dance in your room with upbeat music playing. Dance, Its a new year!! ;) For other cool workout ideas go to the library and check out the workout tapes and DVDs. Sure ill be something like ur personal trainer For redoracting ur room u could buy pink picture frames and put pics of u and u besties on ur walls or tables. You could also buy some cute curtains to hang over ur windows. If you wanted to be creative you could also hang a cute curtain over ur closet door. Have you ever seen those beaded things that you hang over ur door kinda like a curtain?? Claires has cute multi color ones that would look great in any room. You could also go somewhere like Bed, Bath, & Beyond (i saw them there) and get some cute wall sticker. They easily come off and they are adorable. Hope this helps <3 Ashley Kate

take ugly off ur list...that's so not gonna help you be motivated in ur workout! trust me. and who cares if you think ur overweight! i noticed ur goal is to be 115. i am 115 right now and i think IM fat. its what every girl thinks! they're never perfect. unless ur underweight, then u want to gain weight. but anyways, the point is...no girl is comfy with her body. you're probably not overweight! maybe its just genes! or maybe u just have big bones. and i promise im definitley not trying to insult you or anything like that! just be positive! and maybe shedding a few pounds wouldnt be so bad. just keep in mind that there are PLENTY of girls who dont like their bods! its perfectly normal and you should be happy! (<) out!

V8 juice is awesome, it comes in fruit flavas that have a full serving of fruit and a full serving of veggies, and you can't taste the veggies! 7) I can never seem to stop eating (haha). hey i saw your comment about trying to lose weight, and i have the exact opposite problem im underweight! i got wii fit for xmas (family present not just mine im not spoiled and rich) and it took my weight and i put in my age and it said im under weight!!!! i look like im anorexic but im not and alot of girls say to me id rather be really skinny than slightly larger well thats not smart ppl stare at me ive had kids ask me if im anorexic and i hate it! i just cant seem to gain that weight!!!!!! Heu im Ashley Kate. If u want to lose weight u should start to limiting the junk food. Instead of having the slice of pie or the ice cream have something less fatty like fruit. Try to make food porportions smaller- but DONT starve urself. Eat just enough no stuffing. Try to get at least 30 minuits of vigorus activity everyday amd remember to stretch. Try dancing to ur favorite songs. Not only mdoes dancing burn like 200 calories an hour but its super fun!!! Be prepared to wait before u lose the weight. You are young and growing so ur bod wont be able to shed the weigt as fast. One more thing... No skipping anh meals- especially breakfast!!! Studies have shown that ppl who eat breakfast hava a better chance losing weight
