for the advice. try being outside more than inside. during the day watch to about 1-2 hours of TV/computer. join sport clubs at your school. go to the gym once in awhile. if you have a dog, take it for a walk. take a jog. ride a bike. just be active! eat healthy and in good portions. drink water and milk. play outside with your bro

oh, that sux about ur "friends" in ur classes. i cant wait 2 find out my schedule tho! im just hoping 2 have some friends in at least 3 of my classes. im starting high school in September, so im really nervous about it, but still super excited at the same time! what grade r u going into? oh, and surfing sounds like fun! how long have u been doing it? i tried it once in Hawaii and i thought it was fun, but idk if its really considered surfing. we were like rite up against he shore and the "waves" were barely waves! LOL! i still had fun tho. and my summer is pretty good so far. im just glad that im still out of school tho! and i cant wait 2 c where our big trip is gonna b(we still havent decided). anyways, thats about it. have a nice day! ♥, Kgirl47

The ab workout i recommend is do 10 crunches and without stopping go strait into 10 toe-touches then strait into 10 reverse crunches( lay on back with feet up and use ur abs to pull your legs toward ur head) into 10 bicycles into 10 scissor kicks. do that three times with 10 seconds of rest between each set. Good luck!! Remember that the only way to get abs is to do cardio to get rid of belly fat and then do ab workouts.

i kinda had the same problem well at least with getting over a guy. i was really obsessed with this guy but i just finally realized that i dont really have a chance with him and sorta got over him. like i'm not obsessed with him or anythin like that anymore even though i still sorta like him. so my best advice would be to just try to distract yourself from him or even try to find another guy to like. i dont really have that much experience with guys sorry but i tried

o i guess i forgot to put were club period is. club period is a club dedicated to havin ur period.u can talk about the topic of the week(usually based on periods) nd chat w/ othr girls about it and ask q's if ur havin any troubles with it. ur free also to post quizes or anything about it. its a sorta slow club, and we dont hav many active membrs. but it wud b ok if u wernt intrested in joining it. oh and its on mayjul51's profile. ask the president(it says on the pro) if u are intrested in joining. btw, cool profile!
