Its ok you'll get better at volleyball i feel the same way sometimes my serve is a little bad but work on what your coaches are telling you to and if you don't understand ask him/her to explain it again ... its good that your optimistic just get back on the horse and try again ... get a volleyball(if you don't already have one) and go outside and bump, set, spike and serve towards a wall ... you'll get better trust me ive been in your shoes

SO sorry I replied late! Well, you guys are friends right? Make that an extreme benefit! If you guys have class together, talk to him and try to sit by him if able. If y'all become close enough, try to work with him on a school project. I know, I'm extremely shy too but just show him your colors and I'm sure you'll warm up to him. Unfortunately, you are going to have to be the one to make the move. I know you're shy, but in order to get somewhere with him you're going to have to talk. My advice is research (not stalk) your crush a little to know what he likes then make a conversation out of that. If y'all have things in common, well there you go! If you feel really brave, try sitting with him at lunch or join his group in a project or something. If there's a chance, take it. Hope it helped!
