hey girl when you do fuete turns really use your plies. also, when you devlope your leg to begin the fuete make sure it is at 90 degrees from your body, andmake a deep plie. then when you bring it around to the side, do not wrap it in the back, this will throw you off balance. use your arms, and really whip your head around to spot. hope this helps

If she had just kept her cool she would be a normal person. besides, I would take mental pain over physical pain any day. you obviously have no idea what so ever what anything that is actually hard to go through is like!!!!!!!!!!! i have cut because i suffered from EXTREME depression and i am not just saying it was extreme, my therapist told me it was. also there is no such thing as normal and you are one of the most insensitive people on ths website! and when you are as sad as i was there is no such thing as keeping your cool... you do what you can to get by until it gets better.
