WE SHOULD NOT BE DISCUSSING A DEATH ON A WEBSITE!!!!!! You can't always believe everything you read. There is no proof that Jess passed away. Yet there is no proof that she didn't. This is NOT a good thing to post. If you want to tell your friends and family what happened, why not CALL THEM or TELL THEM in person? And Reid, enough with the explicit language. No offence to any of you girles who think differently but I have been reading through all of the comments and this sounds like a TOTAL scam. i belived it before but now I don't. Riedi- 1. did she like "leave" you her profile or something? If you have something to say about it why don't you say it on your profile?? 2. If it isn't a scam then I am really sorry for jess. 3. I'm sorry Jess had passed. Everyone should just stop bothering horsebackriderlover! I know lots of people have said this but, many people in my family has had cancer and my bff had skin cancer but she got better, and its not something to joke about. I feel terrible that I never got to meet her but we would have been great friends. I hope she rests in peace with the angels and is watching over her bff. We will never forget you jess!!!!!!!!!!! reid- that makes sense. i know that this is a super hard time for you, and i cant imagine how you feel. the note jess left you wasnt supposed to make you feel worse, im sure she wrote it to help you understand that she WAS ready to go to heaven and live a happy life there. i know its tough to do, but try to focus on how happy jess is as an angel watching over all of us. i bet she appreciates your courage and strength through this time. jess is an amazing person and so are you. time helps mend wounds, but the scars will always be there. theres no need to forget jess, but i would suggest looking on the bright side. <3heather

Sorry Reid, but Christi is right. I'm terribly sorry for your loss, but I don't think Jess would have wanted all of Girls Life to know that she died. I'm sure she just wants to rest in peace. And I'm not saying you're lying, I do believe you, and that she died. I just think a death should be kept to family and friends. Not spread around a website. I'm sorry for your loss, Reid. actually i do understand. my friend died from skin cancer this past year and it felt really weird. everyone was in tears. when they told us they were all like h shes dead. and thats pretty much all they sed! Reid~ have you tried talking to your parents or a counilor about everything your feeling? cuz sometimes when you talk things out with people and can get support from people around you, things are alot easier to deal with. i cant even imagine how hard that must be remembering what that day was like... and about all those people that think youre "flashing this around" they just dont understand how you feel because most likely they ahvent gone through it. no one knows your situation so they shouldnt be judging you. i know you loved jess dearly and are just infroming me and her other friends of what happend and i thank you for having the courage and strength to do that <3 -heather

Wow, ok, everyone needs to just calm down. There is no reason to assume that this is a scam, because what kind of person would do that? Some of you girlies on here don't know what Benefit of the Doubt is. It means that you take something as it is because you have no other reason to believe it is false. In my view, Reid wasn't flashing this around, but merely letting Jess's friends here at GL know that she has passed on. For all those people who got nasty comments on their profiles, I'm not saying you deserve it, but think about what it would make you feel like if your bestie died from cancer and no one was believing you? Hello, Jess. I read one of your comments on a blog on this website and cried because you were going to die, even though I barely know you. I am so sorry for your family because they have to get over the loss of you after they have already gotten over the loss of your sister. oh my gosh. i wish i could have come on sooner. ): this is too sad. i hope jess knows that i love her so much and that i am going to miss her. im sure she is happily looking down on all of us from heaven though(: she was such an amazing person. Jess is having a wonderful time in Heaven and i dont just think that, i KNOW that. May she RIP. I type a prayer and I hope that all read it out loud so it goes to God: God- Please keep Jess's family strong. Please please please help them get through this tough time. Also, make sure that her friends get through this too. And one more thing God, can you please make sure that Jess Is okay? I never knew her, but im sure she was a great person. EXCUSE ME: but cancer is a very SERIOUS topic. i'm sorry, but i don't believe this. this is not the place to lament a death, real or imaginary. as a survior of childhood cancer myself, i find this potential scam very upsetting. no one should be posting around on a site like this looking for attention from such a real and serious illness, wether your story is true or not. find somewhere else to get your attention.

With Deep Sympathy... i just wanted to say that even though i never met Jess, im sure she was a great person and that she was loved and always will be. I know how you feel Reid because i was in a similar situation (a girl i knew died from cancer and even though she wasnt really my friend it still hurt), and the one thing that really helped me feel okay was knowing that she is having a great time in heaven! you must kno Reid that God loved Jess so much he just couldnt wait any longer to be with her! He knows how understanding you are and He knows that you know you will see Jess again. You are in my prayers and if you need to talk to anyone, i am always here. My heart goes out to you and the family in the time of need. Love is always here ♥
