im in karate and my main instructor (teacher and person who owned it) quit to open his own karate school we hav anoher one from a diffrent karate skool well like the same karate skool as me lik is sorta a chain cuz theres many in diffrent areas. but its not the same and at the blk belt test tht person ties ur belt for you and stuff and i thought thts how things wood be ince i was 4 or 5 now i feel so mad tht the couple classes i didnt go to each month like wen i just was lazy and stuff! how do i get this well guilt to go away!???? thanks!!!!!!

advice on eating healthier:

if you are craving ice cream, try gelato with a little bit of low fat whipped cream on some berries ontop! its veerrrrryyyy good! and low in fat and calories.

if you are craving french fries, you can make them at home in the oven... beleive it or not, if you dont deep frie french fries, they only have about 2-4 grammes of fat. bake them instead.

for breakfast, if you are craving bacon, try substituting it for ham, or even just make yourself an ommelette instead. they are high in protein and you will probably feel fulller longer.

if you make water your only drink (except once in a whil) it is good for you. drinking a glass of cold water acually burns calories. your body burns them by trying to heat you back up after hhaveing that icy cold glass of water. Many times, people confuse their hunger for thirst, so iif you are feeling hungry, have a big glass of first. if taht dosent fill you up, than you are acually hungry.

well he was found out at a bar with a friend, that was a girl, and he wasnt wearing his wedding band and he was out until 2am then he was overheard calling her 'babe'!!! then she was found driving his car with no lights on!!!! and this isnt the first time this type of thing is happening. he was found cheating on her like last month i think and in february with 2 college girls!!!! hes badddddd!! lolz
