Hey! I know this is a really late answer to your comment sorry but yeah i have some advice if you still want it. Well there are actually foods that pull fat from other parts of your body to your stomach like pasta and whit bread. Foods that burn belly fat are nuts, seeds, avacado, and whole grains. Make sure to pay attention to serving size also. If you do start eating healthy remember to giv yourself a little treat once in awhile so u dont go crazy and end up binging. Arobic exercise like running, swimming, and biking burns fat best. Hope i helped (:

Hi Sunny4132! I'm here to answer your question about losing 10 pounds. First of all, you need to know that losing weight is a commitment and will take some time, so don't get frustrated if you don't shed pounds in a snap. So with that in mind, you need a kind of daily routine. Since you didn't give me a clear time frame (you just said you want the weight off "fast")I'm going to assume your "deadline" is the end of May, right before summer begins. Here is the routine I have come up with for you, try it out and see if you like it! 1:00min Pike Stretch :15sec Flamingo Stretch (each leg) :15sec Tricep Stretch (each arm) 30 Jumping Jacks 5 Burpees 20 Squats 30 Crunches 10 Standing Calf Raises 30 Mountain Climbers 5 Kneeling Push-Ups 5 Seated Dips 1:00min Jump Rope 20 Lunges 5 Burpees 30 Vertical Leg Crunches 15 Squats 40 Russian Twists 20 Mountain Climbers :30sec Wall Sit :30sec Tricep Stretch (each arm) :15sec Flamingo Stretch (each leg) 1:00min Pike Stretch That's It! Make sure you do this exercise routine 2 times a day, once in the morning and once at night. Also for losing weight it is imperative that you eat right, so keep away from junk food, and if you are to eat it, make sure it's in moderation. Good Luck! You asked about how to make money. Try making eye-catching posters, printing them out. You could put them on street sign, such as stop signs ect. You could also put them in mailboxes. Another way to advertise is business cards,. You could hand them out to your neighbors. Each time you babysit(or whatever you do to make money), you should give a few to the parent and ask them to recommend you. If you're recommended, you could give the recommender a discount on your services. Be careful with the info you put on flyers ect. Good luck with the money making! Hope you get a lot of jobs! You could not have asked thaa at a better time! I started working out recemtly, mainly focusing on abs, and i found this exercise that should help you (it worked for me very well and i now have actual abs!). You start like doing a normla situp but instead of coming straight up you slide your hand across the floor on one side and lift your core up to the side (you should really feel it in your sides). Slowly lower yourself back down and repeat on the other side. Do 15 on each side and add a couple reps each day to challenge yourself. Hey Girlie! I'm pretty sure that you would be able to either lose weight or maintain your weight if kept up with those activities. But everyone is different so for some people, they only have to workout for an hour, and for others it is more. You just kind of have to expirament for yourself. Hey girl! First off, I want to let you know that you aren't really overweight. So don't stress about that too much! Being healthy starts with staying active and eating right. Try eating one veggie everytime you have meal. Also, make sure your getting atleast an hour of phyisical activity every single day. Hey girl! Glad your Thanksgiving went well! Im sorry the eating healthy isnt going well. I have a few options for you: continue to eat well but add a square or two of dark chocolate every other day as your dessert. Dark chocolate has some heart healthy qualities in it so therefore it is better then most chocolates but dont eat a whole candy bar! Also, you could have a trail mix with dark chocolate pieces in it. These are both good ways to stay on track but induldge once and a while. Hope this helps sweetie! -xx Caroline

Hello! Well you could dance, jumping jacks, sit ups and even walking or jogging in place. Those are things that I do in my room and I did end up slimming down. Just do it for about 20-30 minutes. You can work your way up and go longer. Just be sure to have water and stay hydrated while doing it. With your other question, I'm honestly not sure. I'm vegan so I don't eat chocolate. Hey girl! In order to lose weight, you need to do it the healthy way. Don't try to starve yourself, or expect to lose all the weight in one week. Losing weight is a life style change and you need to be ready for it! Start by exercising a few times a week. Jump rope is a great way to burn belly fat! Try for 10 mins to start then keep going up as you get more fit! Also to tone and sculpt, try push ups,situps, and burpees. Every time, do a few more! Another great way to lose weight is to run both sprints and miles! This gives you all over tone! If you are looking to also tone your legs, biking to and from places are great! If you like sports, trying out for a rec team or school team is amazing! Soccer torches fat like you wouldn't believe! I do soccer and its amazing! The final and most important step is to eat right! Try oatmeal with a few walnuts in the morning. It will keep you full and focused throughout the day! Eggs are another great option. Try some salad, but go easy on the dressing for lunch. Turkey sandwhiches on whole grain bread are also good. Most importantly, dont lose hope in your goal. When the going gets tough, keep going! -Caroline PS tell me if u need more help!

Here are 5 foods/drinks you should cut back on (i researched it, so it's 100% for real): concentrated orange juice (or any other fruit juice). many companies remove the nutritional elements out of the fruit during the concentrating process. also cut out margarine, granola, sports drinks, and organic "junk food." hope this helps a little and if u have any more questions, please ask on my advice queen page! thanks <3

Okay, here's another way to lose weight! Since you love dancing, take a dancing class for your extra-curriculum activity! But if your gonna dance, start by doing some yoga! 1# Standing position, put your feet together, side by side, stand up straight and tall, put your hands on your toes, lift one hand up and then the other straight up in the sky, repeat it twice for each hand. 2#Do a downward dog, (look up Google images if you don't know) Do a upward dog. 3#Get into a plank position(look up images) put your left leg in between your hands, balance on the foot while moving your hands to spread out straight side by side. Put your hands back on the floor. Switch your left leg for your right leg and put that in between your hands and get your hands up like you did before straight out. 4# Move your hands to the floor. Get your right leg's knee straightened out. Touch your nose to your knee by bending your left leg and in a sitting position. Your right leg will be straightened out and then touch your nose to your knee, switch the legs, so the right leg is bended and your sitting on it sorta, get your left foot straightened. Touch your nose to your left knee. 5# Get your left leg to help you get up into warrior pose! (look images up!) Your hands should be straight up and then bring it down like your on a balance beam with your hands helping you with the balance. Switch your front left leg for your right leg and your left leg goes back. Do another warrior pose! 6#Put your feet together and stand up straight and bend your left knee and move your right leg back and move your hands out into the front and bend your left knee while stretching out your right leg! Switch the legs around by having your right knee bending and your left leg stretching out! 7# Put your feet together again, put your hands up straight together by twining you thumbs together so your hands won't separate. Start jumping with your legs up to 5 times and then go for 10 times! 8# Get your feet together into a standing position, breathe in and out by moving your hands up and down at the same T:ME! 8#GO DRINK SOME H2O! Your done! Well, I may have cut out a lot of stuff but it'll make you tired out a bit. Try doing a back bend to stretch out your back spine! If you wanna go that far! And try walking on your back bend like I do! Do this everyday for 15mins! If it's not 15 minutes when you go drink water, drink the water and get back to work and try the back bend and do some cart-wheels! DO THIS IN YOUR GRASSY BACKYARD OR IN A ROOM WHERE YOU CAN'T BREAK ANYTHING AND THERE'S ROOM! I personally saying that it will get you energized! Hope the instructions are clear! And do this 5 times a week!
