yeah, so now I have my period, but now I'm on my second one and its really heavy, and I've changed my pad like 4 times today, and I want to use a tampon, but if its not necessary, I don't want to, but do u think it would b ideal?

ok, so this guy asked my friend out, and she liked him, thought he was cute, so they were gonna get together at my friends brothers football game, but he texted her like all the time, and she got tired of it and thought it was awkward, so she texted him saying "this is too awkward for me, leave me alone" and I thought that was mean, cuz he didn't do anything to her, and now she's all like "YAY I haven't heard from him in days!" and I'm like yeah, cuz you told him to leave you alone! And I just think that's really mean, and she doesn't feel guilty. What do I say to her now?

Hey girl saw your question on summer's profile.(I give advice on Club Fashion and Beauty, and for dance) 1) To gain your splits you need to do them everyday, (BE WARM FIRST!), once you get your splits work on bending forward and stretching backward. 2) SPOT YOUR PIROUTTES! It's the MAIN thing you need to do doubles, triples, and etc. Make sure you have strong arms, and a turned out leg. GOOD LUCK!!!!

hey girl! thats awesome! i feel the same way about wanting a career and be on SYTYCD ok heres my advice to your questions: 1) ok so to help with your splits, when you are doing them press your hips down to the floor while keeping your back flat. if your not all the way down, lift both knees from off the ground and press those hips down. and im pretty sure what you are talking about is a needle. some dancers do them with their back down and their hands on the ground, others just balance on one foot. to help you get them stand with your back to the wall.take one foot and touch your heel to the base of the wall (you might not be able to touch the wall at first). then slide your other leg up the wall pressing your hips towards the wall. practice this on both legs a couple times a week. once your flexibility has imporved you should be able to touch your crotch to the wall, making a perfect needle! 2) make sure to use your arms, stay as high up on releve as you can, and SPOT!!!! this is key for doing double turns. focus on spot and whip your head as fast as you can to that same spot for the next turn. make sure your leg is always connected to your supporting leg also. and practice really does make perfect in this case! 3) i take jazz too and its a lot of fun! its not as technique crazy as ballet but there is still some technique involved. just work on sharpness, and arms and things like that 4) try to stretch at least every other day. just some basics nothing too extreme. this will help you keep in shape over the summer until classes start again. practice some routines or go online for fun dance workouts you can do at home! hope these help and comment back!

Hey~ Ok! so im 14 and i am not wat you would say as flat chested. im like a 32B and i don't have my period. i have had the PMS stuff for like 2 years but just started discharging like 4 months ago n its been getting more frequent.
