weell you shouldnt eat right before you run, cuz it gives you cramps. but you can eat like some kind of fruit or protien like cheese about an hour before you run. and if you still get cramps when you run, then lift your hands over your head and stretch up and to the sides. hope this helps and if you need more advice on running then just comment
