  1.   I've had many--and I mean many!--Crushes on guys ever since I wa about nine. I've never really had one though, because I'd rather wait for the right guy to come along then "date" every single guy in the grade.

  3.   In my perfect Prince Charming, we need chemistry and that "general connection." Basically, I like guys who have a lot in common with me. Also, they need to be honest with me and be able to talk to me whenever. I normally like blondes, but that really doesn't matter, considering you shouldn't dislike somebody just because of their hair color. I really don't tend to like guys who think they can do anything better than us ladies either. It's just being boastful! I'd also love for them to be religious and humble.

My Healthy You Profile
  1. Fitness Faves
      Indo Boarding, Running, or Non-stop Core.

  4.   Keep your mind set on your goal! I have a lady four-pack just from softball training, gym, and minor core workouts at home. The more I had my mind focused on my athletic image, the more positive I had felt about working out.
  5.   Focusing on my schoolwork and grades more than my future.
  6.   Putting on my favorite music while getting ready in the morning. It always makes me stay positive and happy throughout the day, and motivates me to get out of bed and do what I need to do. If I'm having a bad day, I'll go on YouTube and look up videos insanely funny for me, like The HoneyBadger, I'm a Snake, Sittin' on Da Toilet, Epic Fails, or Running Bunchies. Normally 1D and E3 vids cheer me up, too!

      Dried apple crisps with banana chips and almonds.
  9.   I love to eat Subway! Subway this, Subway that. If I could have a life supply, I'd eat it for lunch and dinner every day! I reccomend the spicy Italian sub on wheat bread with Provologne Cheese, Salame, Ham, Lettuce, and Spinach.
  10.   Tell myself the results of what the food can do to you, why it's bad, and lower my standards by suggesting a healthier snack. I used to be a McDonalds addict, until I watched SuperSize me in healthclass. Dis-gus-ting! Did you know McNuggets don't even have the ingredient of chicken in them?
  11.   Guys, Bullying, Stress, and Goals. I am here for you no matter what, and I'll try and help you any way possible. Everybody cares to me, and everybody's beautiful. Feel free to talk legit whenever(: I'll try and help the best way I can!
