Minnie122- Yes, I do have a Neopets account.

You can't GET a guy to be interested in you, that'll have to be his own desicion. However, you can push him in the right direction. ;) The most important thing is to be confident, and to just be yourself. That's pretty all you can do for now, but remember that there's no need to rush.

mkondritz- If you think she's being mean to everybody because she doesn't like them or something about them, she may actually not be the best choice for a friend. However, I think you should keep hanging out with her, and try to figure out exactly why she's being so mean. Maybe she feels inferior, so she puts down others. Maybe she's been treated badly, so she treats others badly. Figure it out, and help her through it.

mimishumidude- Wow, do I know what THAT feels like! Talking to people face-to-face can be nervewracking if you're shy. I'd shoot him a message over facebook asking what's up or something. Typing is so much easier than talking, so try to hold a conversation over the Internet. Since he's shy too, don't be too forward. Just stay laid-back- all you want to do is talk. (or rather, type.)

nataliepotter- Ooh, this is a tough but totally common situation. It's actually just what boys sometimes do. Who knows why! I suggest either asking him about it if you want to be up-front about it, or giving him some time. One thing I've learned in life is that a lot of times problems with other people fix themselves if you give them some time and don't do anything to make them worse. Every boy is different, so my overall suggestion to you is just to do what you feel would be best.

Mojo41- Sorry for the late response, I've been really busy!

My advice to you is to sit down with him and have a heart-to-heart talk. I'm guessing he probably doesn't know how you're feeling. Tell him just exactly what you told me. Make sure he knows that you don't want to hurt him or anything, you're just worried about your friendship and want the best for both of you.

My best guy friend asked me to be his girlfriend and natuarlly i sad YES!! but now we keep kissing and all that lovey dovey stuff but today i was on the bus and i felt completely different and thinking about our friendship and i feel so weird now like this whole thing will effect our friendship really badly.
