Hey girlie, for the nails, you should dip them in olive oil for about ten minutes every night and they'll strengthen! Also, make sure you be careful after you take a shower, because they're really pliable and soft after that. Dip them in ice-cold water after a shower or bath to firm 'em up. And if your mom is a vitamin-nut like mine, fish oil is AWESOME for your nails -- and luckily, a lot of kids of fish oil taste SO good!
