pointe is when the dancer has special ballet shoes that allow them to dance on their toes. the shoes have a wooden box on the bottoms and the sole of the shoes (called the shank) is hard too.

hey girl its really important that you start taking some classes to help get you caught up. its gonna be tough since all you remember are the positions so just be prepared for some extreme studying! know the names and how to do turns, leaps, jumps, and other steps. know the names of the parts of pointe shoes and how the pointe shoes work and so on. talk to a dance teacher for more help to get you back into ballet!

I saw your comment about glasses and braces. Instead of thinking of it as a bad thing think it of an opportunity to display your fashion sense and make a statement. Get colorful rubber bands and frames to make your braces and glasses pop. If you have cool colors people will be complimenting you instead of teasing you. And remember that no matter if you have braces or glasses or what ever just remember that your glasses and braces make you even more beautiful because they are part of who you are and your braces will come off eventually anyway. heys I saw ur post on the roller coaster of love pq, and since u asked for help but no one replied yet, I decided to reply and hopefully this will help you! (:
I would say TELL HIM. He miqht reject you, but even so tht doesnt mean you have to stop tryinq. So what if he makes fun of you? If he does tht just means he's not worth it. IK it's hard, trust me, i've been thru it. but if you still like him even tho he teases you, let him know you're serious. look him in the eye. he needs to knwo b4 he qraduates, otherwise you miqht lose this chance and reqret it in the future. And even if he says no you 2 can be friends until he qraduate. Maybe his feelinqs will qradually chanqe! It miqht sound lik it wouldnt work, but it will! He'll see you in a whole different way! it worked for me! My friend told mny crush i liked him without my consult but now I'm qlad she told him. Now we're friends and he sees me in a totally different liqht now! Make yourself heard! You nvr know wat miqht happen nxt! Wish you luck! <3

Hii girlie! If you want support while swimming, you don't have to wear a bra! You can ask your 'rents (rents are parents) to buy you a padded swim suit! Some padded bathing suits have less or more padding than that. Good Luck!
