Hey there! Some girls start devoloping at different times, so its COMPLETELY normal for you to be bigger up there then other girls. As for your period prob, its the same thing. Girls start their's at different ages. Whether they are 9 or 17 years old. So stop worryin!! Your def on the right track!

My name is Ashley and I need to ask you something I am 9 and turning 10 Septmember 20 and I have big boobs my are bigger then girls in 5th grade and I been getting cramps and back pains and headaches and mood swings and I have gotten discharge for a pretty long time then it stoped could i maybe have my period soon and I know its rare for like 9 and 10 year old girls to have a period at the age but its possible PLEASE RESPOND
