Hey girl! Sounds like its time to step it up a notch! Since he's so sweet and friendly, it may be time to ask him out. You can make it really casual, like "hey, I'm going with my friends to see this awesome movie on friday. Do you want to come with some of your buds?" It will be a chance to hang out more without being all awkward and it's not even like your asking him on a date. If this is too much for you or if you feel like you don't know him well enough yet, you can just drop some compliments and ask him questions about himself. Don't be shy when giving away info about yourself, too. Just make sure you don't seem needy and everything should go well. I hope this helped and good luck! <3
