ok so here's what i would do:
If you never talk to him, you should DEFINATLY start with that
if he is in any of your classes, just ask for a pencil or comment on the huge amount of homework (or lack of homework)
this is the plan:
first you get him to think of you as a friend, get to know the boy!
second you start to flirt, make him think of you as more than a friend, FLIRT
third, you date him!
