What im doing is decreesing sugar and exercising more. even though you just waant a new tummy, its good to work everywhere, it'll help! i love to do cardio like jumproping, bike riding, ice and roller skating, and tonsa more stuff! Also, stay away form soda and fried food, they give you belly jiggle! i hope i helped ya! i understand how frusterated i was at first. also, do not follow any freaky diets. just work on bein healthy! luv yaa! xoxo- MACK!

Hey Chica! You wanted to know about how to make your hair grow out? Well, my friend who had super short thin hair used Mane & Tail Shampoo and Conditioner and it worked really well! In just a few months it almost doubled in length and thickness.

My new bag came today & it took Three stinkin' weeks to get here gah. Hey Chica! If you have no room to crash on your floor. Then make your bed, and crash there. Same function, but is a bit more comfy! Just substitute a meditating break for some jumping jacks to make sure you don't fall asleep!

Hey Chica! I saw your Qs on your face and school and thought I could help. Well, if your face has different reactions to different products don't be surprised. If you can't find a clear winner, pick on that works the best for you (like doesn't completely dry your skin or doesn't look like someone soaked you with cooking oil), thats the closest to the right reaction. If you can't then pick just a facial cleaner that is a good smell and gets the job done. Easy enough huh? It should be something you can imagine doing every day. And say it does get a little dry, you can always use moisturizer (with SPF!) before you leave the house. And if it gets oily, then I know this killer little sheets that soak up tons of oil, and are easy to keep on you. Now for school. Trust me, I know all about not being able to put your nose in the books and work really hard to get all your work done. It's NOT okay not doing your homework every night. Not only does your grades suffer, but so do you in the log run. I know people whose actions in 5th or 6th grade affected their high school career which then led on to affecting their college career with then affected their real life career with then affected their hole life. So you see, you can't slack. Instead find a motivaters and focusing! Close your self in your room (alone!!!) and turn off anything that makes noise. Cell, Radio, TV, iPod, everything. Clear the floor of debree and spread all your books out with your work. Get your assignments in a stack (top to bottom= hardest to easiest) with materials needed next to it. Now grab a throw pillow, and acctually sit on it indian style. *I'm not insane. This technique i'm about to tell you pulled my 72 C to a 86 B in just a week, and went on to getting me a 98 A next quarter.* Close your eyes and do some meditating. Clear your mind of everything except one word. It could be "Calm" or "Focus" or even maybe "Math". Do this for 5 minutes before starting to work. You say you can only study for 20 minutes? Will push your self to do 25 minutes of pure work. I mean full pencil scratching, calculater clicks, and paper crinkling work without talking to anyone. Set a timer or have a clock infront of you. When the 25 minutes is up, back on the pillow for another 5 minutes, before you go at it again. This method really works at keeping you focus, and not burning out. Forget you might have friends dieing to hang out right outside, or some iTunes money waiting to be spent. Instead, focus on focusing. I personally use "Focus" as my focus word. And if you have been working for over 2 hours, then lend a 10 minute break to get a glass of water and a quick bite of a snack, before getting back in your room.

Yeah we had exams the last three days of last week. Now I'm on break for two weeks! =D I'm so excited! I'm making myself get up & doing a bunch of stuff instead of just being a bum for two weeks xD I went paintballing yesterday & Whoo it was fun! okay, well lay on the floor lyke you are about to do a crunch (back on the floor, knees up) imagine there is a rope in the center of you. with you right hand, pretend to "pull" the rope. get your body into it. do the same with your left arm. oh yeah and make sure your shoulders are off the ground!!

trust me honey, i was doing plenty of cardio- and i mixed it up too. i went jogging for an hour once a week, every day i did 10 minutes of jump-roping ALONG iwth my other cardio (10 minutes of jumprope burns 200 calories btw!!) and lots of other stuff like aerobics and things. the workout?? have your legs bent in front of you like you would do a regular crunch. extend your legs until them are just slightly bent- do a crunch from there. next move: have your legs out in front in a diamond-shaped with your knees on the floor (sort've lyke doing the butterfly stretch but have your back on the ground) then do a crunch. the next move is the rop climb. imagine there is a rope in the center of your bod, then pretend to "pull" on the rope. only do as many reps as you feel are comfortable!
