Hey girl! I'm so sorry you've been feeling this way :-( I've gone through periods of time when I've felt really bad about myself and have had no confidence too and it's always left me feeling very depressed. Try focusing on the things you are great at and the reasons your friends love you...look at yourself through other peoples eyes. Also try to skip comparing yourself to people who you think are better at something, more popular...ect. If you are feeling really bad about yourself, try comparing yourself to people who you know are worse off...just make sure to keep it to yourself of course! I'm really sorry to hear about your mom and her guy. how about asking your mom to have a little girls' day out? just the two of you. go shopping, go to lunch, a funny movie that will get both of your minds off things, etc. ask to talk to her. she'll say yes of course, and just ask her some questions about your mom's guy and how he's getting along with her. you know them way better than i do, obvi. and say something along the lines of, "Mom, I know you love -insert name here-,but i'm a little worried about how you two have been getting along. wanna talk with me about it?" good luck girl. smiles , Ask Happy

Hey girl! I think you should use a bottle of mouthrinse. they come in tons of flavors. After you brush your teeth & floss you can swish the rinse around for a half minute or so. one bottle can usually last for a few months. it really helps bad breath if you use it right. good luck (:
