hey! thanks sooo much for all the help you have given me this week. i just have a couple things i was hoping you could help me out with? thanks im pretty good with getting enough exercise. infact i get more than enough exercise so what i really need tips on is eating right. i know WHAT foods im supposed to be eating i just cant motivate myself to eat them especially when i get home from school. that is when i do the majority of my snacking. So to recap, i think it would help me most if every day you gave me ways to motivate myself or if you can think of any ways to motivate me and then maybe just like a couple suggestions of yummy healthy food i can try for snacks and stuff. thanks again!!! belle

Naturalywonderfull, hummmmm i see it both ways at first looking at it, it seems as if he is a really good guy friend. But then reading it more i can tell he might like you. he seems like a really good guy so what i am about to tell you will make it real easy talk. to. him. no kiding its proven that talking(and i dont mean texting) is the best way to solve things. by the way it sounds like he wont make fun of you or taunt you (teasing alittle doesnt count he is playfull) about you saying you like him. ask him if he likes you back (keep it at a considering mood) by talking alone he will feel more compealed to be considerate when handling the situation. you can look it at both ways 1. he says he likes you back and you guys date 2. he will most likely (and im judging by the sounds of you note) he will say he doesnt like you back in a friendly manner you can accept it and continue to be good friends and maybe down the road he desides he does like you but be carefull about this situation though! you dont want to push him for an answer and you dont want to really blab it to your friends, at least your bffl boys dont really like being talked about all the time by thier crushe all the luck! keep me updated Kailan

HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ok, I met this guy in my AC math class this year. I made friends with him and this other group of guys and soon we began to hang out at lunch. Then this new girl came, I, and the other girl who wanted to be friends with her, began sitting with her at comforting her and making her a friend. Soon, I sort of stopped hanging out with the other guys and began hanging out with those two girls at lunch. I, and they, still talk to the guys, we're practically an entire group, in fact. I don't know how it happened, but I ended up crushing BIG time on him. Unfortunately, he found out and began teasing me about it in math. The strange thing is that he only teases me in math but in science he's a lot nicer to me. I think he likes me because he always cracks more jokes when he's around me, playfully teases me, (non offensively), is a lot more considerate with me (when I cried in science over this guy whose dad died, which by the way I didn't know he even existed until someone told me about the dad's death, he backed off completely considering how sensitive I was at the moment), he smiles a lot near me, and sometimes I catch him staring at me from across the room. Also, he considers whatever I say like, "Dude, come on, don't do that," and after that he never does it again. It's just that in math, when he's teasing me rudely, he isn't the nice guy I know. More like some jerk that doesn't have anything better to do. So, I'm just wondering, does he like me? Or is he bipolar? Sorry this took FOREVER to read, but thx for answering it.

TABYINTHEBOX123, hey girl i have dealt with the same problems first,i know it is original but, talk to her and tell her how you feel. second if she still continues to try to be popular yet she is still rude to you and others dump her im sure there is another girl out there waiting to be your friend dont let one girl who is bieng rude to you and others let that bother you, her time will come when she realizes being mean wont get her very far with friends(and tell her that too) but say it in a nice way. make sure you when you are talking to her that you say something like this: "i want to be your friend but the way you have been acting lately has proven that i cant. but if you ever need me know that i will always be there" sometimes you just have to be the best friend to someone before they realize they need to be like that back to you and that may take a few years weeks months or days just try to keep on her good side though but dont be affraid to stick up for people when she puts someone down all the luck ;) kailan

blush much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11 Okay so i was at my crush's birthday party and he lives by a huge lake, im on the other side, well one night this girl who is a total man stealer, and all that stuff, but my crush was flirting with me the whole entire time, well my crush lead me up to his patio and was holding my hand the whole entire time, well this girl saw all this happening and came out and threw red water on my white shorts and yelled for the people bellow the 2 story patio "Kailan got her period!!!!" and everyone looked up and saw me and started laughing, iquickly left the party and kind of sped away on the little boat i had, when i got home my parents were gone and i went over by the tree next to the dock and sat down and began to cry, i didnt evan here drew come up on his boat and sit down next to me. he pulled me close and said that it was okay and kissed me!!!! then i felt ants,litteraly, in my pants i jumped up and pulled off my shorts to get the ants out and jumped into the lake, worst part was, was that he saw my underware! he laughed it off and jumped in the water with me and we swam around for a while, then i realized i was still in my underware and freaked out now he calls my ant girl
