hi i was looking at the comments and i saw your question about tampons.You can start wearing tampons as soon as you get it.So ppl do that but most start with pads.Both of my two besties started useing them when they only had it 5 times.All you have to do now is go uo to your mom/parnet and ask!! love, Angie
