my band camp was rough. we had an hr of yoga and an hr of intense arobics every day for 2 weeks on top of our regular stuff we did. i hated it lol

Hey girl! There's no harm in thinking of a great back to school outfit early. One thing to keep in mind: make sure you're comfortable in what you're wearing! New clothes are great, but sometimes if something is TOO new it can leave you pulling, tugging and adjusting all day. Test drive your new jeans, break in those new shoes and give that shirt a try before the first day. That being said, here's my fashion break down and suggestion.

Shorts and button down plaid/checked/striped/plain oxford style shirts are SO in right now. Every Hollywood A-lister has been spotted in the get up and every store (from Nordstrom and Jcrew to Target and Old Navy) has them so you're sure to find a style and price you like. Here are my top 3 ways to wear the look. Just mix and match to suit your look!
Pretty 'n Preppy: pair white shorts with a fitted button town top in a multi color plaid. For extra sophistication, tuck the shirt in and finish with a pretty belt, dainty flats and dangly earrings.
Boho Babe: if you're looking for a more casual ensemble, try khaki shorts with an earth toned top. Opt for a looser fit and wear your hair down and free. Finish the look with leather sandals and chunky bracelets in all different colors.
All American Girl: for a super classic look, wear demin shorts and an oh-so-hot checkered blouse. Try hemmed/cuffed shorts that hit more mid-thigh to avoid the Daisy Duke look. Wear your fav summer sandals or flip fliops, a simple chain necklace and try a little side braid in your hair, pinned behind your ear.

Hair Length: Down to elbows -Same length as Miley
Hair Cut: Not layered like all the same length
Hair Colour: Charcoal Brown - Same as Selena's
Hair Type: Curly but when brushed wavy - Tay Swift
Face Shape: Heart/Oval -Like Emma Watson

I want to do some sort updo that's not too formal!
I want to be able to do it a home not at a salon!

I need advice from a flute player!!!!!!!!We're I'm first flute in my band piece and I have all the high notes but I'm having trouble hitting the high g smoothly! Any tips would be appreciated! Thanks

OMG! I'm a band geek too! My friends and I made tees that say,"PROUD TO BE A BAND GEEK!" We though it would be cute if we gave our conductor a shirt that said something like "ALPHA NERD!" or "HEAD GEEK!" I <3 band! I play flute. LOL I even named my flute tommy the teeny tiny flute! My friends think it's hilarious! What instrument do you play! PS Comment on my profile and ask me qestions!
