Hey! You sorta just wear them like knee socks I guess. You just put them over your shoes and they go up just below your knees. Yeah that is my dog on New Years! My cruise was very fun..... We went to 3 islands for a day each. They were really pretty and it was super hot cuz we were in the Southern Caribbean which of course is near the equator! So whats up with you?
