@Hilarey1231 sorry i didnt reply for a while, I didn't realize anyone posted on my profile. My parents used to be like that (they still don't let me have my phone in my room at night bc they think ill never go to sleep). Maybe you should try talking to your parents and calming explaining this guy ISNT your boyfriend. Chances are, they had friends of a different gender when they were kids and they werent dating them. If you want them to think your responsible enough to have a guy friend. For the phone thing, try to show your parents you are responsible by doing things yourself and maybe they'll begin to trust you enough to let you have your phone in your room at night.

i need advice, my parents are very protective with me and my phone privleges my bff is a guy and they think hes my Bf or sumthing and i dont know how to tell them hes not, and also they dont let me keep my fone in my room at nights but i do it anyways to text my 2 best friends. how do i convince them i'm responsible and can have a GUY friend???? PLEASE HELP ME! I CANT TAKE IT ANYMORE!!!!
