Hey LoveForever21!!! I'm so glad you want to know how to do weight watchers 4 free! Here's How: Step 1: find your daily points value answer these questions If you are female- score 2 points If you are nursing- score 12 your under 16: 6pts. your 17-20: 5pts then take the first two numbers of your weight and add that two ur total. Lastly if ur under 5 ft. then add 0 if ur over 5" add 1. Now you know how many point u can eat per day. Step2: Print a point calculator Just go to google and type in make your own points slider weight watchers. cut it out and fold it. (it may look confusing but u just gotta play with it a while) You will use this for every meal. Just find the nutritional info on the package of food to see how many points it is and how much you can eat of it (the serving size) *you need to way once a week and btw the first week only exercise if u want just focus on get ur points in order *it is so important 2 get ur serving of fruits, veggies, and whole grains. Oh and vegatables are 0pts. but fruit is 1 pt for 1 cup. *Each week u get 35 free points called flex points. and they restart every week. *it is super important to eat all of your points that day. *it really helps me to keep a food journal *This really works I swear I lost 4lbs the 1st week no exercise and my sister lost a total of 50lbs on it! *remember to decrease ur points each time u lose weight!
