Hey girlie!

Ok, if I got this question right, then here's my advice.

When u know he's looking, smile or wave. Give him the hint u wanna get to know him. Start out as friends first, the best relationships always come out of friendships. Then slowly kick it up a knotch, if he's not ready, take one step back. U might be doing this for a while, but chances r if u do go out it will last a long time.
