uggh. i wrote u like a month ago but it wasn't posted! I'll try to summarize

so on the last day of school before finals, i HAD to ask mike if he liked me, cuz i promised my friends and i would regret it if i didnt. so during our lunch period, i went to the gym and so did he, but i just stood with my friends. i was so nervous. then i ended up staying there the next period when he had gym class with 2 of my friends and he was standing around waiting for people in the class to come. so he was standing alone and my friends pulled me to like 10 feet from him and it looked like he was waiting for me to ask him, but i didnt and i was freaking out.

then he was about to start a speedball game and my friends said he kept on looking at me and smiling. then eventually at the end of the period after my friends kept being annoying and this kid colin who gets involved in everyones business found out what i was gonna do and he said if i didnt then he would, so my friend told me she'd do it if i didn't cuz colin would make it worse.

so at the end of the period mike was walking to the locker room and my friends wanted me to ask him but.. i didnt (UGHH). and theres 2 exits from the boys locker room so i was sorta standing by one but in the hall and he was about to come out, saw me, and turned to go out the other way. OMG! so then i was following my friends to their chem class with him. and i was standing in the science wing and they went in their room and came out and said they're just eating pizza (last day of school) and he's sitting alone so i should come in. i wouldnt go and after like 10 min of not wanting to go, they kept saying they'd bring him out. eventually, my other friend came and stood in the hall so i couldn't leave. and then one of my friends said "OLIVIA!" cuz i was freaking out, and the other one was holding the door open, so mike def heard and knew i was outside. ahhh

and (sorry this is soooooo long) then eventually one of them went in to bring him out ( and later i learned that she said to him "olivia's outside and i really think you guys should talk" and he said "i understand") so he came out into the hall and i didnt know what to do so he just walked over to me, i looked at him, and he said "im sorry but i dont like you" and i said "ok" and that was it.

so yeah. i was more upset how awkwardly it happened, not that he didnt like me. and long story short, then during finals weeks at chem review i thought maybe he really did like me (i know, bad) cuz his friend was pointing at me with his eyes to mike and then walked out and said to mike " im not gonna do it for u" but then my friend, a week later, said that she asked him for his number, he said he didnt have a phone, she said i can see it in ur hand, he said well u cant have it, she said ( after thinking that he wouldnt give it to her cuz she might give it to me) i wont tell her, he said i dont trust u. so then i concluded that he actually doesnt like me (took me long enough) and im trying to get over him

im so sorry how long this is but i talk and think fast and thats the entire story. so, surprisingly, whenever i think about him, i just think "u shouldve told me way earlier that u didnt like me. what the heck! that was so mean! whyd u get my hopes up, even if u didnt think it looked like u liked me, it did, especially when we stared at each other sitting alone at lunch. i hate u!" so thats it. im really trying to convince myself not to like him, and its actually working. im never gonna overreact or get my hopes up about a guy ever again,. or talk about a guy with every single one of my friends, just like 2 trustworthy ones. and guys r NOT gonna take over my life again.

I just straightened my hair. It took like 50 minutes. My hair (THICK, poofy, curly and wavy) doesn't straighten easily. I never straighten it because of time and the fact that it is not really good for your hair. ???

heeey! sorry i haven't written in like 2 months.
anyway, the classes are over now and it was fun, except i didn't make any friends there. i wanted to take 2 summer classes- for sewing and field trips, but they filled up in 15 minutes! so im taking a model drawing class- a continuation of the class i took.

so about mike... nothing has happened, im sorry to say. my nerves always get to me. i have this huge english project where i have to present a topic (that's really a word) to the class with my partner and relate it to math, science, books we read, music, etc. and my topic is risk. researching this so much is making me really want to ask him if he likes me, because i don't want to regret no tasking over the summer.

at someone else's presentation, i sat down in a chair, then noticed he was sitting diagonally in front of me. he slightly turned his head when i sat down, then half smiled and leaned bak. omg! and his back was to me in lunch that day, but he kept on turning around and looking at me!

ok so i have 2 weeks left of school, then finals. hopefully- no i definitely will ask him if he likes me. ill get back to u then. otherwise ill tell u that nothing happened after finals and im gonna sulk my whole summer... lets hope it doesnt come to that.

That is not good that your week was bad!
I have a band concert Thursday. After the concert the director awards the Band Director's Award, like the best band student basically in 8th grade. Sometimes there are 2. I hope I will get it. I am not sure.

Hmmm, Pulse and hearbeat are cool names! I have this Lutheran Honor Band thingy to go to tomorrow. It's a group of about 70 middle schoolers who are the "best" in the lutehran schools in my state, IL. It sounds fun, we have a concert at the end of the day of just one day for rehearsal!

Then Saturday I am going to Washington D.C. with my class until Thurs.
When I get back on GL I will comment you!

Today was grandparents Day at my school. My grandparents came for my brother's (he's in 3rd grade) classroom, but not Jr. High because of all the stairs and abnormally crowded hallways with OTHER g-parents. yep

omg what happened? im kind of jealous of u now cuz i have had a crush (not on mike) for 8 yrs so far. and i cant get over him. i honestly dont know what its like to not obsess about a guy 24/7. and i can never get over him, even when i want to so badly.

so i changed what im saying to him again. (sry u have to keep reading new ones) last time i talked to him, when i told him i liked him, it took 2 months to figure out what i was gonna say! no joke! and then the week i actually told him, i completely changed what i said. it took so long for me to get the courage to go up to him, and he didnt even say anything back. so frustrating, but i really like him and i have absolutely no idea if he likes me back so i need to ask him.
anyways- this is what i plan on saying_ ii walk up to him, he says hi, i say hi, "can i ask u something?" he says yeah i say "um this has been on my mind for a while, and i was wondering... do u like me?" so yeah thats it. sry i spend all this time writing about him, but i told u im soooo obsessed.

I am doing this band contest thingy in March. I am doing a flute solo for the song in the nutcracker . . . . the name is really weird. It is oo hard but I am determined to master it! It has a stupid key signature (c sharps and f sharps) and there are a ton of 16th notes and some 32nd notes. But I am confinant.

Actually nothing much is new with me. I began school again today . . . . ughhh.
I feel sooo bad! My bff goes to another school but she lives really close to me . . . anyway, I still haven't given her her Christmas present!! I am terrible! I keep leaving it at home when I see her. Oh well. I will have to give it to her asap.

So i was planning on giving mike the wallet, and i was gonna say something like "if u don't like me just tell me" and he'd hopefully say that he did like me. but at the end of the day, he was at his locker and i really really really wanted to give him the wallet b4 break. because if i didnt give it to him then it would be even wierder to give it to him after break. so my friend was there too, and i was about to leave and she said she could give it to him if i couldn't. so she did. after i walked away, she went to his locker (her locker is b/w mine and his) and gave the wallet to him and said "this is from olivia" and he smiled and said thnx. how i wish i gave it to him myself. oh well.

now i just have to wait until school starts again. seriously, the only thing that keeps me coming to school is mike and nick. and my friends. but mostly just my crushes. i really dont care that much about school, but i do get good grades so its ok.

well yeah, so have a fantabulous christmas!

well that sucks that u didnt get to see him. and ur so lucky that u have break! i still have school on mon and tues. on tues theres this thing called the ICU Luncheon (inter-cultural unity club) and theres this big assembly and food and we donate some food and nobody really goes to class except for 1st and 2nd period. so yeah. its really fun. and im gonna give mike a present. its a yankees duct tape wallet that i made and he is gonna love it!

do u celebrate hannukah or christmas? or some other holiday?

no, i never kissed anyone before. I have been planning on telling my crush mike that i like him for over 2 months, but i get so shy around him. at first it was ok, but then all of a sudden i got nervous around him. and this guy who is sorta friends with him told me that if i didn't talk to mike, then he'd tell mike that im not interested in him anymore and i hat him and im a lesbian. so he found out some stuff when he talked to mike, and he didnt say anything about me. but mike said he wasnt allowed to date until 11th grade, he wouldn't date me (it was implied that they were talking about me, but they never said my name, they were just talking about "the girl that likes you") and he wouldn't say he liked me unless i asked him my self. and he has mixed feelings on whether or not he likes me.. whatever that means.

so yesterday he (guy friend-not really friend tho) threatened me again (this was about 2 weeks after the last time) and i asked him what he wanted me to way to mike so he wouldnt say stuff about me to mike. so he told me to tell mike that i like him. and i told him i would if he came with me, but mike was at a club and couldnt come out so i was off the hook. but finally today, after 50 times of chickening out on telling mike i like him, i was ready. i was excited to tell him (kinda) and i was looking forward to it. just my luck- he isnt in school. ughh. nothing ever works out for me.

ok, yeah that was a pointless story.
oh well. bye
