Ahhh, I'm not sure what to do. I like yet another guy friend of mine(notice how I said ANOTHER). Thing is, every time I fall for one of my guy friends, they only like me as a friend. I mean, they're nice about it and still want to be friends, but it never turns out the way I want it to. So I'm not sure if I should pursue this or not. Any ideas?

hi I have a problem. In 2 weeks I graduate from 8th grade and leave my school to go to high school in the fall. I really want to wear my contacts, but I've been putting it off for months.I know this sounds stupid but I just can't put them in. Every time I try and get one on my eye I chicken out and pull away. It's my reflexes because I've never liked to put anything on my eye. I can touch my eye with my finger and hold it on, but not put contacts on my eyes. My parents have tried and I try like every week or few weeks, with no luck, and I've even let the eye doctor put them in and she did when I first got them! I just don't know what to do at this point, I want to get them in myself but only have 2 weeks! What should I do?

Heey Cari, hope its okay if I just post this here since your profile isn't public.

First, if I were you, I'd up the flirting a couple notches, and if he responds well, then I'd be pretty sure he's in to you. This would make a perfect gateway for you to just be forward with him and tell him how you feel. It also makes it less out-of-the-blue, ya know? If you would rather just get it over with, or you have been doing this and you feel its time, then trust your gut and go for it.
You could just tell him that you're glad you guys are friends, but have been thinking that you could be more, and if its easier, you can do this over instant message, or person may be better. He'll either respect your courage to do it in person, or it could just be awkward, but thats okay. It's definitely worth it in my mind, and it's best talked out face to face. The worst that can happen is he doesn't feel the same, and if so then just move on. Trust me, it hurts more to waste your time on someone only to find out they just want to be friends then to just let them go, even though it seems hard, its easier in the long run. I got myself over my BGF, because I realized he's not the dating type and Im just setting myself up to get hurt, so I moved on to another sweet guy that's liked me for awhile too.

There's a guy I've liked for a pretty long time and I really want to tell him how I feel, just to get it off my chest. There's one problem, though: I have four classes with him and, if I tell him and he doesn't feel the same way, I think it will be awkward. All of my friends think it's worth it, and so do I, I just can't find the words (or the nerve) to do it with that fear hanging over me. Should I tell him, or just I wait to see what happens?
