Hi! I just read Dear John last night (in a day) lol I loved it!! I want to read more of Nicholas Sparks's books now. And I saw your mod comment about how people call you midget and stuff, and I wanted to let you know that i grew like maybe 3 or 4 inches just during the summer between 7th and 8th grade! So maybe you'll be like me ;) and now I'm like an average height (People are taller than me, but I'm not *short* either, you know?)

Hey girl! u asked me to share my workout plan with you.. so here it is! Sunday - Rest, Monday - Strength: Crunches:30 , Pushups:30, Stair Steppers:50, and Lundges:20.. Do that in a rotation.. go through the rotation 4 times. Tuesday: Cardio (jog,bike,swim,or do a cardio machine for 30 to 45 min) Wendsday: Strength (see Monday)Thursday: Rest, Saturday: Cardio (do intervals! Sprint for 30 seconds, Then rest for 60. Do that 5 Times then rest for 2 minutes. Repete that 3 times total! awesome for you tryin to eat helthyer! thats hard haha I soooo love the sweet stuff
