Ok, so sorry hun, but the first time i posted this it didn't show up! So, i did my research, and all that i could find was that caffine will make it worse, so try to steer clear of caf. From what i saw, there is no way to totally stop this. Just try to keep your legs warm, maybe wear jeans more often?
