oh honey!! u poor thing. good thing i had a friend tht did tht too. i know how u feel. first, u need to be straight forward. dont be scared! does anyone else know this? u need to tell and adult u trust. mom, dad, teacher, school councler. just as long as u think they can help u. talk to ur friend too. tell her she worries u!dont just sit ther and let her ruin herself! do u have any idea y she does tht? did she get dumped? make sure she knows no guy is good enough for her! parents splitting up? she has to know its not her fault! what ever it is, tell her she HAS to stop. remeber, tell an adult u trust. they will help stop this. i know just how u feel, scared, worried, alone. i hope i helped, and if u need someone to talk to im here for u.

Okay so here is what i think: You probably will get you period soon, sorry if you didn't want to hear that. Mine really aren't that bad-I don't get as much cramps as other girls, and once you learn to use a tampon, you'll barely know you have it (until after 8 hours when you have to change it, that is). But, the way that I know my period is coming is that I get a single zit on my face-that's probably the worst part. I'm not sure if this will happen to you, but it is common for many girls. And around the time of your period (like before/during), you will probably have mood swings, food cravings, cramps...all that fun stuff. But don't worry, periods are just monthly and they don't last more than a week. I'd suggest that once you get it though, learn how to use a tampon ASAP. They really are easy, it's scary at first, but I promise it doesn't hurt at all! I hope this helps...good luck!!!

What the vice president normally does is help with advice that don’t fit into a category and just sort of monitor the club (you wouldn’t have to be on the computer 24/7, don’t worry!).

4. Give advice for this problem: Help! This guy is really confusing me. He used to be going out with this really fast (if you know what I mean) girl, but then they broke up. He was flirting with me one minute, then criticizing me the next, even when he was dating her! Sometimes he’s really sweet, but sometimes he’s a shallow inconsiderate jerk! Anyway, I think I am starting to like him. How should I flirt with him without making him mad?
