hey girl! im happy 2helpSmile first off, the best thing 2 do is start off w/ cardio(treadmill, biking, etc) to help burn fat. u can also tone up by doing planks and crunches which target you belly, and superman which targets ur thighs and but. hope this help!

Hey girlie its hard 2 say it may go on sale mid fall like late october cuz thats when they usually bring in more winter stuff. But, u have to remember, the longer you wait, the better the sale becomes, but also the less likely your chances of finding it in your size. $20 isn't really a lot for that, especially if your going to use it a lot. I would keep your eyes open for sales elsewhere to. Hope i helped!

hey girl i would say around $20 is probably a good price. I've seen them close to $40 at some places but they usually go on sale for close to $20. also, if you really like the one from AE and you'll get a lot of use out of it, then it might be a good quality investment.

PS these are american prices so if you're in canada there might be differences

Hey chica! The price would depend on the store. AE is usually pretty expensive, so I would expect something in the $15-$20 range. I bought mine for $10, but it was on sale ... so, girly, I would say to expect to pay at least $10, but no more than $20. Hope this helps! <3

hey! i saw your comment about finding some jeans in canada, (i live in canada too. Laughing) and i love the american eagle and aeropostale jeans, but if your looking for straight leg & bootcut, i say you try stitches and urban planet, which have affordable jeans, or bootlegger & bluenotes, but their jeans can get a tad expensive. hope i helped! I saw your issue with buying straight leg jeans.(I am the publicity girl for Fashioin_Freak<3) As xxlimegreenconversexx said they are available at the wet seal for about 15$ but I am not sure if they have wet seals where you live but they most likley do! JCP or Macys has all types of Jeans and most other places have tehm such as Charlotte Russe or HnM. Hope you find what you want!

Hey girly! Even though you live in Canada, you still have plenty of options. Stores such as Old Navy and The Gap have plenty of cute choices. Larger department stores such as Macy's or Sears are all over the world and have great-fitting jeans. I personally heart Wet Seal for straight-leg jeans especially, but I don't know if you have that store where you live. I hope this helps, and good luck girl! <3

well when you get them put on they will just feel like tight not really in pain. but the next day... YOWCH! haha youll probly live on a diet of yogurt, applesauce, and chocolate milk. haha Smile but it only hurts for a couple of days then its ok until you get them tightened again

oh yeah thats ok cuz i remember my first pointe class was the same way. since this is our first time in the shoes she wants to make sure we got a good pair so we can return them if we need to.

anyways i thought i should warn you, pointe hurts your toes a lot! it will be really painful but pointe is such a graceful and beautiful form of dance that you learn to appreciate the pain Smile

here it is again as best as i can remember:
im a little surprised that your teacher wants you to begin breaking your shoes in already by yourself. normally for students who are just beginning pointe they are given special instructions in class about how to break in your shoes. if you must break them in a little by your self here are some tips.
whn doing plies alternate lifting your heel off the ground. its not a correct plie but it will help your shoes. bend at the box (the hard part of the shoe)and also pushover the box, while holding to the barre, to the front side and back.

there are also great youtube clips to help you as well tht can actually show you what i mean so check em out girlie Smile
