Check out these articles - all our ab workouts are here, so you can choose the ones you like the best. Do them often - at least 3-4 days a week. But remember that toning up takes time, so you might not see crazy results in 4 weeks. But if you stick with it, you'll feel a difference!

well, honestly, i can not help u there i feel embaressed. but gurl i am having the same issue. i can not get a boyfriend eathier. all my friends have one and the really sad thing is i have never had a bf. but girl all i can say is wait. wait intill the right boy to come. or unlike me u can just ask a boy out. hope this helped!!!

ok i noticed u posted on my advice page.

is ur friend ignoreing u since her bf? if so just have a talk with her how u feel and remind her that boys are like clouds they come and go. when on the other hand friends are like stars,always there.
if she is not ignoring u than just go with the flow or u can find a bf. <3 hope i helped!

but u ccant start till u write a story about daring to be different.
post it on my page. when i aproove it u can post it on the clubs page and become reporter!

so all u need to do is write a story bout daring to b different.
it does not matter when u send it to me and it does not matter how long and it can be ficton or real!

Hey! I saw your question on another profile about how to reconnect with a guy you like.

Some ideas:
-- start up a conversation: if you haven't seen him in a while:
"Hey! Long time no see" and a smile should do the
trick!
-- at school: ask him to be your partner for an assignment/project, it's a good way to spend more time together

I think you guys should get close- as friends first- so that you guys can kind of bond again, and THEN see if you can take it further.
