I was shopping around in Walmart and I walked by a guy I kinda recognized but I wasn't sure so I kept going. Later, I saw my mom talking to him and his dad. I walked over because I wanted to know who it was. That's when my mom said, "Oh, hey! Do you remember Jake? You had the biggest crush on him for like 2 years!" I wanted to just go curl up in a hole and die! It was soooo terrible!

I was absent from school one day and the next day, we had a test. When I was absent, the class had put together a packet of notes to use during the test. My teacher came over to my table to help me find the papers I needed in my messy binder. When she couldn't find any of them, she told me I had to organize my binder. She flipped through the pages and read the titles out loud: "Compound subjects, baking soda lab, variable expressions, I love Curt..." I turned bright red when I realized that was the page I had been doodling on! Everyone turned toward me including my crush, Curt. That was the most embarrassing moment of my LIFE...

Today, I went to go see my sister's dance recital. We came in a little bit late and all the seats were taken, so I leaned against the wall. Right in the middle of the performance, the lights went off and everyone screamed. The dance instructor walked over to where I was, told me to move over, and flicked on the switch. I was the person who had leaned against the switch and accidentally shut it off!! After that, all the dancers and audience glared at me for the rest of the recital.

During warm-ups for marching band, we were all goofing around because the band director was busy working with something else. It was really cold, so we were dancing around trying to keep warm. We started having a contest to see who could kick the highest. I was standing right across from this guy I really like and looked into his eyes as I kicked. The next thing I know, I'm looking at the stars, laying on the cold grass and flat on my butt. When I kicked, my other foot had left the ground so I flipped backwards. My crush thought it was hilarious and I'll never hear the end of it from him. It didn't help that the band teacher saw and called me Chuck Norris!!

One day, I was playing Wii Fit and I just unlocked advanced step. It was a really nice day so I had the window open to let the sun in. I was really getting into advanced step and I started doing some wacky moves and clapping my hands really loudly. When I was done, I heard laughing and when I looked outside my crush was standing there, he had seen the whole thing. I was really embarrassed!!
