Stay Up with Fear

One of our fave spooky writers, R.L. Stine, has done it again, presenting Fear: Thirteen Stories of Suspense and Horror —a compilation of terrifying horror stories by acclaimed writers like Meg Cabot and Heather Brewer. A must-read for anyone who likes a good scare, it’s the perfect book to stash in your bag for your bud’s next sleepover.

Each chapter is a short story written by one of the writers. Our favorites? Welcome to the Club by R.L. Stine himself—a tale about a lonely boy trying to finally be included in the group, but he has to kill to get in—and Meg Cabot’s The Night Hunter about a girl who witnesses a bank robbery, putting her at the mercy of a man only known as “The Night Hunter.” Creepy!

These stories are all good, short, and certainly scary. With twist endings, vampires and murderers, the book definitely lives up to its name. So grab a copy of Fear: Thirteen Stories of Suspense and Horror (available now) and get ready to stay up all night long.

Are you a fan of horror tales? Blog about it, babes.
