Get a major blast from the past with Into The Dim

What it is: The novel follows Hope Walton, a shy homeschooled girl whose mother dies while giving a lecture in India…or does she? As Hope tries to unravel the mystery of what happened, she discovers that her family is part of a time-traveling society —and things only get more complicated from there. And if time travel isn't confusing enough, Hope soon falls in love with a mysterious guy who turns out to be…well, no spoilers, but let's just say I freaked out when I found out.

To save her mother, Hope must travel back in time to medieval London, but the evil Timeslippers are doing everything in their power to foil her plan. Will she be able to find her mother and save her life…or will she be trapped in the past forever?

What I loved:  The novel is full of action and a timeless romance…literally. But it's also full of tons of interesting historical information, like the very-real feud between Thomas Beckett and King Henry. Taylor helps history come to life with her portrayal of characters such as the kind and graceful Queen Eleanor—it made me wish I could travel through time, too!

Why you should check it out: Each chapter ends in a total page-turner, which meant I couldn't put it down—so be sure to have enough time to read it in one sitting! Into the Dim will have your heart pounding and your mind racing in the absolute best way possible.
