Romance reads that'll captivate you this weekend

Do you love romance novels? Well, so do we! And luckily for you, we’ve listed some of our favorites. Romance books are great for when you're feeling happy, when you're feeling sad and about any time in between. Check out these reads!

Never Never by Colleen Hoover and Tarryn Fisher

Charlize Wynwood and Silas Nash grew up together—they took their first steps together and (accidentally) had their first kiss together. One morning, they can't seem to remember anything: not their first kiss, not the moment they fell in love—nothing. Now, the two have to discover why this mysterious thing has happened to them, and along the way, they begin to learn about the couple they used to be, and whether or not they should’ve ever been together.

First Love by James Patterson and Emily Raymond

Oh how one’s first love can change the rest of their life… In this novel about the "good girl," Axi Moore is sick of her life of studying and laying low. She's told only Robinson about her plan to run away, and when she heads off, he decides to join for an impromptu cross-country road trip. One catch: Axi is secretly in love with him.

Everything, Everything by Nicola Yoon

The #1 New York Times Bestseller (that was just made into a movie!) is about Maddy, a girl who hasn’t left her home, ever. She is allergic to the outside world, so her mother will not let her leave. When the cute new next door neighbor, Olly, starts to contact Maddy, things begin to get a little risky. Read this *awesome* novel to find out if she makes it outside or, even better, into Olly’s arms.

That Boy by Jillian Dodd

Jadyn Reynolds is one lucky girl—she has two BGFs, and they’re both *gorgeous*. Danny is the typical blonde-hair, blue eyes dreamy boy that every girl swoons over. Whether he’s on the football field or adventuring through town, you can catch him with a contagious smile. Phillip is just as crush-worthy. His dark hair matches his big brown eyes, and he’s always there for Jadyn when she needs someone. Both are her best friends, but only one boy will give her a first kiss and make her fall in love...that one boy is That Boy.

The Whole Thing Together by Ann Brashares

Ray and Sasha have never met, even though they have the same sisters, same bedroom and same friends... sounds odd, right? Sasha’s dad and Ray’s mom had been married at one point in time before, but that was long over. Now there are two new families with two new children, Sasha and Ray. The pair find themselves becoming more curious about one another, and when they finally meet, romance and tragedy strike.

The Spectacular Now by Tim Tharp

Sutter Keely is a fun guy. He may not be a brainiac, but there sure isn’t a dull moment with him. One morning as Aimee is on her newspaper route, she finds Sutter passed out on a lawn. They two are opposites: Aimee is an outcast with common sense whereas Sutter is adventurous and popular. Sutter soon finds himself falling for Aimee and, for the first time, he has the power to make a difference in someone else’s life—or ruin it forever. Check out the movie, too, starring Shailene Woodley and Miles Teller.
