The adventures continue for Peter, Susan, Edmund, and Lucy in the second installment of the Narnia series, The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian, which hits theaters May 16.
A year has passed since the first fantastical events of The Lion, The Witch, and the Wardrobe. However, in the world of Narnia, 1,300 years have passed and the thriving kingdom has been taken over by the Telmarines under the tyrannical rule of King Miraz.
The four Pevensie children enter this new world, confused. The age of Narnia is over, and the world they visited is unrecognizable. They meet new faces, among one, the dashing Prince Caspian, the rightful heir to the thrown of Narnia.
Prince Caspian is the nephew of King Miraz, but in order for the evil king to purvey and have his son continue his rule, he must kill Caspian. With some both some new faces and old faces, the Pevensie quartet and Caspian will work together to win back the enchanted land of Narnia.
If it’s anything like the first one, the movie promises to be greatly entertaining with special effects, high suspense, intricate storyline, and lets not forget, the adorable male stars.
