Just For Fun

You ladies with unruly, frizzy, curly hair know what it’s like to try to keep a mane that crazy under control in the summertime. The Sun Shield leave-in spray contains conditioners and UV filters to guard your hair from the nasty elements that can damage your hair like the sun, wind, salt and even chlorine!
What I love the most about the Sun Shield is it’s light texture. It’s still keeps my hair smooth without weighing it down like other leave-in sprays and conditioners. I applied it to my hair before getting in an indoor pool (which are always loaded with chlorine) to swim some laps. After four hours when I got out, I could still feel the smoothness from the conditioners. I hate when my hair feels like straw, and with repeated use my hair was less and less dried out after swimming. The most functional part about the spray is the versatility! You can apply it to damp, dry, or wet hair for protection during a day at the beach, swimming at the pool, or soccer practice!

Trying to be green AND fit? It’s easier than you might think. You should always be drinkin’ tons of h2o but throwing away a bunch of plastic bottles everyday isn’t very eco-friendly, even if ya recycle. I tried out one of SIGG's water bottles. They come in tons of cute prints and are totally reusable!
SIGG uses pure aluminum to make their water bottles, which makes them different than any other. Because they use aluminum, you can do pretty much anything with it, and not break it. That’s perfect for hikes, soccer practice, bike rides, and trips to the pool! The leak-proof lid won’t let a single drop spill out if you drop it. SIGG also uses a different liner for the inside of the bottle to prevent wear and tear from energy drinks and soda.
My only suggestion is to opt for the sport lid for easier opening. Besides that, I love the SIGG water bottle and it’s fashionable and eco-friendly design! Drink up in style ladies!

Biggest Loser Season 5 started almost 6 months ago. Finally, the moment we've all been waiting for is here. That's right, time for the Biggest Loser Finale!
Season 5 ended during last night's live finale but first, the finalists had to be determined. Kelly and Ali were definite in but America had to place their votes for either Mark or Roger to join them. Roger won and would have a his chance at $250 grand.
All of the contestants took the stage to show off their new bods and step on that huge scale one last time. As they walked on out the only thing going through my mind was "Wow." The transformations were amazing, huh? Everyone looked great! Curtis held the lead for a while by loosing 39.37% of his weight , but in the end it was Bernie who took home the prize with a total weight loss of 130 pounds! Go Bernie!
Time for the on-campus biggest loser! The three finalists arrived to a huge applause which they deserved so much. They looked fantastic and their numbers proved it. Roger went first and lost 164 pounds! Kelly lost 109 pounds, but Roger was still in the lead. It was all up to Ali...would she become the first woman to be crowned Biggest Loser?
Yes! Ali lost an unbelievable 112 pounds! You go girl! Hopefully other women will follow in her footsteps.
So season 5 has ended and what a great season it was! So many records were set and so many lives were changed. These contestants not only changed their weight but they changed their future. They were an inspiration to so many people. Even the contestants who didn't go home with money went home with great pride and a new start at life.
It's too bad it’s over, but there's always next season to look forward to!
